reminder to moisturize your cuts (vaseline/petroleum jelly is fine). apply after it stops bleeding regularly until the scab goes away to prevent/lessen scarring.

if you get something stuck inside an injury. listen. listen to me. you have to remove it. if you cant do it with your hands you're gonna have to go in with tweezers. if you cant handle making yourself take that pain get someone else to help you remove it. do not ever leave an external object in an open wound. keep external numbing agent on you if possible if you think you are likely to get injured and need to remove something (i.e. you climb actual mountains)
