#pride! a bkdk zine

This week, my contributor's package for the BKDK Pride Zine, a zine project which donated to the Trevor Project, arrived...I am absolutely floored with how much beautiful merch and artwork there is!! I'm going to dig through the zine itself on a calmer day, to really sink into the art and fics in the book, for now I'm content just looking at everything with amazement :D

Hello! This is “Pride!” A BkDkBk, invite only, for charity pride zine!

This zine will have a physical and PDF release and will be donating all of the proceeds to the Trevor Project!

Tell us a bit about yourself. Hello! I’m Emikumaa, or Emi! I will also respond to Emu or any sort of configuration/pun off Emi haha. I’m a professional freelance artist who one day aspires to do character design work for dreamworks! I’ve always got crazy colored hair, and take much pride in it. I’ve been in fandom as a whole for only about two years, and I love it here! I’ve always been a backseat fan, so being able to participate in big fandom events is a special treat <3

What experience do you have with zines and/or moderating? This zine will be my fourth zine that I have moderated! I have been a head/social media mod for Akairyuu (dragon kiri), InoTan as an art mod, and Dynamic BKDK as an art/general mod. I also am a moderator for a few closed species groups and discords from deviantart! For normal zine experience, I’ve participated in quite a few so far such as; Aite, Sexbomb, Debauched Deku, Temperatures Fluctuating, Erasermic: a Lifetime Together, Onishima, and InoTan. 

What is your favourite Bakugou rarepair? My all time favorite Bakugou rarepair would have to be TokoBaku (Tokoyami/Bakugou)!

What do you like about Bakugou? (asked by Sierra) I love his intensity. He has a scary sense of devotion to himself and will stop at almost nothing to make sure he gets what he wants, but during the show you can see him start to adapt to things around him when he realizes he can’t exactly brute force his ways to his goals. It really makes me root for him!

What would you do if you got to meet Bakugou in real life? (asked by Kuro) Probably say absolutely nothing and draw no attention to myself because I Will Cry if he were to yell at me, lol. 

What do you look forward to seeing most in this zine? I’m really looking forward to just basking in all the creativity! I’m a lover of a lot of things, and obscure fandom pairings is one of them, haha. I’m ready to discover new ships to love, and new creators to support and befriend!
