#it's 4am. I'm about 90% sure I have mild serotonin syndrome because I increased my dosage of sertraline#because all the side effects got worse and I was like 'oh it's just the dosage increase' but I don't think it's just side effects#I gotta call my doctor at 9am when she's in and we'll see what I should do#probably just lower the dosage which I'm fine with because oh my god#the worst side effect has been excessive sweat and it's gotten so much worse as I increased the dosage#but yeah I literally didn't sleep Wednesday night so I can check off insomnia#especially since I was up at 6am every morning leading up to my sleepless night#(up as in STILL awake hadn't fallen asleep yet at 6am)#and it's now 4am but I actually might be sleepy#anyway. wish me luck. hopefully I just need to lower the dose or stop taking it. and not have to go to the emergency room.#ok update: UMMMMM I just found out that a uncommon and bad side effect of sertraline is easy bruising#I got my wisdom teeth out 2.5 weeks ago and my dentist couldn't find a vein#for the anesthesia because my veins are infamously hard to find#so he really dug around with the needle and the next day I had an INSANELY big bruise#it's still not completely normal colored yet WAS THAT BECAUSE OF THE SERTRALINE#HELP#I need to make a list of my concerning symptoms now oh my god.#I JUST hit the dosage my doctor wanted me at and my body's like NOPE go back down
