There are many moving pieces to what we are starting. Today we held conversations to help move us forward. My favorite parts of these are when Dominick touches his chin and Kyo spins a pen 🖊😂 In the first picture, we are putting the final touches on an FBA process which allows us to prep, label, & ship out any FBA without needing API access to the Amazon account. One of many advantages to this is preventing the store from logging the same IP address as another one. This could cause large volume accounts to get shut down. Amazon recognizes this location as a fulfillment center therefore, multiple seller accounts on a single IP address is a no-no. Another advantage to the new process is it streamlines everything. The seller need not change, learn, or pay for any additional services or software. The same goes for the people who do the actual work. Many prep centers, in order to capture every sale, will change their in-house process to accommodate every client. Anyone who understands how the brain works knows this is not good for efficiency and productivity on an individual level. When we send out three #FBA shipments a day and the worker has to change their process all three, this significantly slows everything down. An added bonus to maintaining the same process is being able to handle multiple shipments at one time. The second picture is Kyo and I brainstorming our websites. There are six different ones, one for each separate aspect of the center. We have taken the layout and design on ourselves, but the actual development has been outsourced to one of our virtual assistants. We use a project management tool to create his changes & feedback checklist. This allows us to track his progress and communicate our expectations effectively.
