It is based upon guaranteed cost, waivers of liability, and a common risk/reward model between workers, hence it ensures optimization of efficiency. It increases efficiency in various terms as team members have to consider the impact on the overall project rather than just their own Project parts. Because of shared risk/reward participants get more benefits by optimizing scheduling, improving quality, and costs. Efficient performance and better decision making are performed as all parties are involved across the complete project. Collaboration makes a huge difference in Project implications.
