Some thoughts on Psycholonials

My initial thoughts on Hussie's side-project was that it would act as MS Paint Adventure no. 5. But the truth is it is not that.

Psycholonials is a story about a girl named Zhen, half desiring to change her online branding and half desiring to tear apart the fabric of America. It is Hussie's most political work to date, as well as somehow being his most personal. It's a work that analyses the state that America was in during the pandemic, and what having a cult following post-Homestuck means to him.

It's confronting, uncomfortable, and almost raw at times. Very much worth checking out, even if you haven't read Homestuck!
