The YSRCP also took a jibe at Pawan's loss in the recent election. Pawan Kalyan had contested from the Gajuwaka Assembly seat in Visakhapatnam and Bhimavaram in West Godavari district, but had lost both the polls. "People have witnessed the welfare schemes of the YSRCP in the last four months. People are not ready to hear whatever Pawan Kalyan talks, which is the reason they have not given a mandate to him, in the recent elections," Amarnath said. "If you (Pawan Kalyan) could have performed this long march in Gajuwaka, at least you could have known why the public has not voted for you," he added. The YSRCP also alleged that the Jana Sena Party (JSP) and the TDP were working hand in hand. "Pawan Kalyan speaks what Nararsquo;s family has scripted," the YSRCP MLA said and suggested that the actor-politician should not do such activities for the sake of political benefit.
