*Bent Over Row* Why? ๐Ÿ‘‰ It strengthens your especially vertical pulling motion against the gravity (eg., climbing rope or pulling object from floor). Also triggers your back muscles, your forearm and biceps (underarm grip). It can also be used as one of the assistance exercises for deadlift.
