If your period came back and affected your milk supply! Believe it or not you're not alone. Many women notice a dip in their supply around the time Aunt Flo decides to pop in. Some women also experience: ✔Nipple tenderness ✔Baby may want to feed more frequently due to the dipin your milk supply. ✔Baby may want to feed less, as your baby may detect a slight change in taste of your milk during your period (Totally normal) ✔Baby may be more fussy at the breast. I just had to capture my first time pumping at work, or outside for that matter. It was such a strange feeling. I felt very awkward and it made me anxious. I was wondering whether I could keep up with my pumping routine in between work. • • • I had to awkwardly ask my training instructor whether he could provide me with a private room to breastpump in, as we were in a facility outside our workplace.
