Note to self, Taekwondo is not the type of sport where one can take 2 weeks off at the end of the year (galavanting through #fortlauderdale, #keywest and #havana and then just come back and test for a 2nd degree black belt pre test with no problems. Ouch. I passed my second pre test, but my right hip, knee and ankle are killing me. It’s not fair that my kids make it look so easy. They are truly an inspiration to me.
