i’m sorry but elias’s characterization in his first appearance is sending me into fits, he sounds sooooooo stuffy (and for the jonelias girlies apparently he calls jon ‘jonathan’ even in regular conversation do with that what y’all will) and he seems so conciliatory and familiar enough with his employees that they’re on first name basis with him but vaguely paternal but in an irritated way and knowing what we know about him with the benefit of hindsight makes it the funniest thing put to audio
