It's months since I've touched Stable Diffusion. This blog has just been running on a long queue that I filled up in Feb and March. Sorry if I ignored your message, I wasn't really here. But I noticed the queue was getting close to running out, so I've started refilling it.

What do I need to know about what has changed with the Stable Diffusion landscape since February?

I took a quick look at the new models on CivitAI and I've been trying out "Airfuck's Wild Mix", the first competent gay-specific model I've seen on there.

The problem is, judging from my first quick attempts, it might be too good: I've now got a folder full of postable-quality images that would violate Tumblr policies. What do I do with them? Send them to an alt? Hide them away on Fetlife?

It seems like Twitter is the only other free platform left that allows this content? Do y'all use that for this kind of thing? Let me try it and see:

Anyway, it's also good for stuff that doesn't violate Tumblr policy, so I think I can go ahead and refill the queue for another 6 months.
