Seri? This is how we will now refer "okay" as after watching #dilbechara. It has everything one could expect in a story - loyalty, friendship, eternal love, fulfilling one's dreams, importance of our precious lives and to seize each day. 𝙋𝙐𝙈𝘽𝘼𝘼 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙊𝙉 — First artwork for #sixfanarts challenge. I had posted a Story a little while ago asking for suggestions of characters to make fanart of. Many suggestions came (thanks to everyone) and I've picked six out of those. Timon and Pumbaa from "The Lion King" was a suggestion, I was initially planning to draw Timon only but then I decided to do both of them. This is from the beginning of the "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" scene in the movie. Oh, and to me, "The Lion King" is the 1994 movie only. As much as I respect Jon Favreau (he did make the first MCU movie after all!) and as much as a fantastic technical achievement the 2019 remake is, I feel the original one is way better because all the characters have so much 'life' and 'character' to them, if you get what I mean! There are several Tiktok videos where they show a hilarious accident followed by a group of people dancing with a coffin, set to the song "Astronomia" by Tony Igy & Vicetone. Apparently the funeral dance / coffin dance is a recent trend in Ghana where they don't want to make a funeral a sad occasion. I drew the dancing pallbearers, the drawing was done with @ns1pen on an A6 sketchbook. 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 — I drew Fahadh Faasil as Pastor Joshua Carlton from @trance_movie. The movie came out on @primevideoin a couple of days back and I watched it yesterday, and enjoyed it. For many people Asterix books would have been a big part of their childhood — it certainly was for me! Recently, illustrator Albert Uderzo passed away, so I thought I'll do a drawing of Asterix as a tribute. This is actually from the movie "The Twelve Tasks of Asterix" from 1976, but I'm also tagging this for @mangopenciler's #90snostalgia — since in the mid 1990s, all of these Asterix animated movies were shown on TV (STAR Movies).
