Vaggie’s ultimate “flaw” that led to her ‘fall’ was her compassion - her “bleeding heart”. I wonder if she’d had doubts about the exterminations before that? If she’d even just been kinder to and stuck up for the angels, who in Lute’s eyes were less virtuous and undeserving. Weak, to the point that it lead to her undoing.

I think I might be developing (re-developing?) perfect pitch? the sudden hearing loss and tinnitus a couple years ago really fucked up my sense of pitch to the point where I couldn't even hear relative pitches properly anymore (like off by an entire whole step, octaves sounded like 7ths in certain ranges, it was freaky, so upsetting I didn't even wanna play at all for a while) so this is very exciting. just gotta keep training the new ears I suppose. neuroplasticity save me :')

I think healing in FFXIV has given me something of a god complex. Like, you are nothing without me. If I really wanted to I don’t have to heal you up to full. If ur an asshole guess what? Die. No way, you're staying on the bad guy side, where it's SAFE.

Perhaps you do not believe what you are doing can truly be classified as evil. Perhaps some people will be hurt from the immediate consequences of your actions, but what the masses fail to see is the immense good that will come of your plans. Maybe you act in the name of science, or for your people who have fallen on great tragedy. Maybe you see cracks in a failing system and want to uproot it through chaotic, destructive means to avoid greater tragedy down the line. Maybe you're just in with a bad crowd, but you can't leave them, no matter how unsavory their intentions, because they're your only ticket to your ultimate goals. No matter what, your goals are noble, and you take no joy in wreaking havoc or hurting those in your way, but the evils you partake in are necessary. If you need to play the bad guy to ensure a better future, then you are willing to play that part.

Either don't understand the concepts of good and evil, or you understand it perfectly and think it's a load of bull. Some may call you selfish, some may call you unfeeling, but you're just doing what you believe will yield the best results, plain and simple. Why bother with petty ideals of right or wrong when you can do what will actively help those you give a fuck about? Your goals may be selfish or noble or anything in between, but you will not let anyone make you feel like garbage for going after them. You couldn't care less about what people brand you as. new splatoon 3 season is COOKINGGGGG. the ramen stage looks basic (and big, i prefer narrow stages) but the second one they showed........ ohhhh right when i thought "itd be so cool if stages had more stuff like moving platforms" they show exactly that. the new special is giving foamstars tho

The only time I was ever decent at PvP in FFXIV was when I was first trying out Crystalline Conflict and it was like my second or third run, and I spotted a Paladin on the other team. I felt the DRK instinct of KILL wash over me and I lunged at them, and we duked it the fuck out the entire time as my team pushed the crystal.

We didn't plan this and it was entirely my instinct to fight the fellow tank to the death.
