Ok so funny thing, about both Punk Dancing and its predecesor Let's Share the Blame, they both came about during a convo with the lovely and wonderful, @danger-flammable, in which we were dicussing what Parent teacher conferences must be like to a very old changeling. I made a reference to A Simpson's episode where "Lets share the blame," was a banner waved high at Spring Field Elementary. And after a good laugh As to what that would look like,

@danger-flammable encouraged me to write it out. The title Punk Dancing for Self defence is also in reference to another Simpsons episode; S5:E22 Secrets of a successful marriage. Because what is a changeling to do if "some gangsta is dissin' your fly girl? "

I tweeked the name a bit from Funk Dancing, to Punk dancing mostly for my own amusement. But I give all credit to @danger-flammable for putting up with my wild convos and encouraging me that my madness should be shared.

For what would eventually become Mists of Avalon, I have to give credit to @creativenicocorner/@everything-is-connected for putting up with a very very very late night convo in which we were discussing Dr. Barbara Lake's potential to be the actual Lady of the Lake. I mentioned a possible medieval AU where she is and up until 1 am my time and 4 am for @creativenicocorner I rambled an outline for an entire story that i published here. It was well received and knowing that I have an ending in mind, and I wanted to add a bit more expand on the idea of it a bit more was definitely motivation to start it and eventually I started what is the first chapter of the Mists of Avalon.

I am going to continue that fic btw, but several changes have to be made, I think it will be told from the perspective from Morgana and Nimue though, I may add two more POVs not sure. But its an ongoing progress for both Mists and Punk dancing. Their next chapters are gonna be up soon. Yes, very soon.

Still staring at herself Morgana allowed a touch of warmth to weave into her voice and let a gentle smile flicker across her features and repeated, “I’d ask this of no other.”

As expected the Changeling mistook her smile as one directed to him. Validated and emboldened, the creature fell swiftly to one knee, taking the floating flask in one movement.

 “As My Queen Commands.”

Mmm I'm really excited for introducing the changeling Kodanth to the main crew in Deliverance, while he was a minor character in the books, I intend to make him a real bastard, whose actions have some devastating consequences to the story. He's fun to write , very Iago-esque.

6) I'd say Deliverance so far has been the most difficult due to the sheer size of it. I'm expecting it to end at around 30 to 35 chapters.
