Ienzo couldn’t help but jump, dropping his clipboard as he felt a presence. Call it instinct from his time in the organization and having Xemnas or Saix appear behind you expecting a report. “Oh, it’s just you.” Ienzo’s tone was more relieved than anything. He meant it in a friendly way of course, anything would be better than Xemnas. “Sorry about that.”

            ❝ Are you sure it just nothing? ❞ Ienzo questioned. He couldn’t fathom a logical reason to why Mia would tell him to listen to her heart if there wasn’t something wrong. He was simply confused by this.

The search for Sora was going… Well, as well as a meeting with the old Organization. It was a mess. Sure it had moments where it went smoothly but at other times it went with no results. Sure, Kairi was a key to finding Sora but she was only one piece of the puzzle and Ienzo was certain he could find Sora. As much as he hated to say it, it wasn’t as if there was a strict time schedule to do so but they did want him back as soon as possible so he can live in peace with the others. Ienzo didn’t know Sora well, only what he observed from his fights with him and his time hearing things about the keyblade wielder. It was a shame as he wanted to spend time with the boy.

However, during his search Ienzo had an idea, a secret project he was working on. A machine to try and see into other realms to determine if Sora was there. He didn’t expect it to work honestly but when he heard noise coming from it, hope rose to the surface. A life signal was picked up!

Ienzo had to hold back a sigh of relief, he couldn’t relax yet. He had to pull this life sign out and hope it was Sora. If it wasn’t? Then he had a lot of explaining to do...

He closed his eyes for a moment as a flash of bright light came from an arch and through that arch, a figure appeared. Ienzo made quick work to hold the figure so they didn’t fall, he knew it was a high chance from being dazed and Sora had been through enough. However, as the light died down and he looked at who was in his arms, it wasn’t Sora… Oh dear. 

“Oh! Um… Hello.” He let go of the person once he was sure they could stand on their own. Who was this person? “I know this is a lot but I can explain everything in due time. My name is Ienzo, and you are?” While he was working on being polite, his mind was elsewhere, working on how to send them back. This was meant to be a test run but he got too excited when it worked, looking in a world that wasn’t light, darkness or in between but it would seem he was careless. Ienzo could only hope his machine didn’t break.

Seeing an opportunity, Sho promptly flopped onto Mia, trapping her in fluff.

Mia glared daggers at him. What gotten into her? She never went off the handle like that to her father, not even to anyone. She watched the cravet hit the floor, looking right in his green eyes.

“Hmph, Vexen is no more. He never loves anyone. Somehow, his somebody is the same manner.” she sneered at him.

“An accurate depiction, no doubt.” Folding his arms as he stared outward. “Go back to the castle, like I say.. the others are there; Ienzo... Dilan...Aeleus...Ansem...” 

It was only another to add to the list. She had her brothers. “Forgive me, but the pursuit of science is a need and I must keep going.” Walking in just his normal waistcoat and shirt, down the hills and to the flower beds.

This man was really about to pick a fight with his Silvally, who contentedly laying their head on Mia's lap.
