I needed Amparo to be hurt by Rebecca's coldness. To be allowed to cling to that hurt.

So I let her.

And I let her have a moment where she feels like a hurt child because she may be an adult but by God she's Rebecca's child and it hurts to not feel that warmth from your own parent.

Winchesto, on the other hand, doesn't know how to react to this hurt but knows Amparo needed to let this out.

FINALLY!

I've FINALLY managed to keep a good enough relationship with Mimi, Dino and Malbonte that they all helped MC in the last chapter! This means I had enough Strength to save everyone from getting horribly mangled.

On a second note, here are my thoughts about the book: I understand completely why a lot of people didn't like it. It had a dark, negative vibe overall, and the last season was terribly rushed. Imo, it made more sense to release another season than a third book, but what do I know? Maybe the author has a plan, or at least a reason for that. I actually think that despite its flaws, the second book was much more mature and coherent than the first one. It was great to see the characters grow and develop. I'm also really glad we got back our friends that died in the first book.

I like Winchesto, Hunger seems alright & I'll forever be grateful to Alice for Astaroth...but I'm sick of dealing with the OoR & the Horse Family. All I want to do is cuddle & kiss Astaroth all day. Why can't I do THAT while everyone else has fun with the other stuff?

Their wedding was so beautiful ❤️❤️‍🔥 All their moments were. Their oath, dance, declaration of love, the way she gave Malbonte a rose. It was perfect 🥹❤️ Mentioning how his parents would be happy for him, seeing how much he misses them and wishing they could have been there.

Another thing i absolutely love and love about romance club is, you can actually have a platonic relationship with a character if you don't want to have a romantic relationship with them, and be good friends. And rc potrays them well <3

As much as i love romance, I'm also a slut for platonic bond, that shit is rare in media, especially in games.

I adore my mc's relationship with Murphy, Jason and Hephaestus as friends.
