MY FAVORITE RCP EPISODES AND WHY

(MY OPINION!!)

1- "Save Helly" The best episode in my opinion. We had worried rescue team + ANGST AND FLUFF + POLI??? I loved Poli in this episode a lot. He's not really my favorite but he gave me strong older brother vibes especially when he was helping Helly. Considering that the show is for preschoolers, this episode was genuinely so good? Tbh I just wish Jin would have showed up more. I would've loved to see her more worried for Helly since she's always yelling at him and stuff, but I'm still happy with what we got.

2- "Thank you, Roy". THIS EPISODE. I LOVED ROY HERE SO MUCH. THE ANGST, THE FLUFF, THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT I'M OBSESSED. This is why the rescue team focused episodes are the best, because there are so many things you can do with them and their dynamic. I love the lesson it gives to kids, aka that you should always take care of yourself and stuff. And I also love how it sort of showed that the rescue team aren't all indestructible and can get hurt on the job. I don't really have much to say on it other than the fact that it was amazing and made me love Roy as a character even more.

3- "Amber's training". THIS EPISODE HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL. I love Amber sm she's my comfort character, my mother, my pookie bear, and I love episodes where she's the main focus. I loved how we got to see her vulnerable side and more of her personality and struggles in this episode. SHE JUST WANTED TO BE AS STRONG AS THE OTHERS AND PUSHED HERSELF TOO MUCH AAAAA. And I also loved the angst at the beginning and when she fell off that cliff and how she got hurt, and Jin and the others were worried, however the next part of the episode was kinda disappointing. She just got up like nothing happened and went to look at some infected trees. I really wanted her to get a more serious injury, so the others would need to take care of the doctor instead of the other way around and it would be such a cute plot. It would teach kids that you don't need to push yourself just because you don't succeed the first time, everyone learns on their own pace and Amber should've just trained slowly and not stress too much since she just ended up hurting herself badly, and honestly I'm so mad they didn't add that. (But fanfiction exists, maybe I should rewrite this ep with this plot?)

4- "Let's be honest" MORE HELLY ANGST. I loved how Roy went in to save Helly when he was in that fire and he was so worried and FUCKK ROY WAS SUCH AN OLDER BROTHER HERE AND HE TOOK THE BLAME WHEN JIN WAS MAD And then Helly got overwhelmed with all the fighting and flew away... So yeah it was a bit angsty and I love that.

5- "Helly's Birthday". Yet another Helly angst. This was definitely my favorite S1 episode. The plot was simple but really cute, I felt so bad for Helly, like imagine the people you care about the most forgetting your birthday, especially since Helly is most definitely a kid, or at least way younger than the others. THOSE ARE HIS PARENTS‼️But I can also sort of understand the rescue team. Considering all the shit the town puts them through, they were probably stressed and busy, especially Jin, so they just forgot. Still they apologized and all ended well (although I would've loved more angst)

6- "Poli's secret" I loved this episode because we learned something more about Poli and it's his FEAR! I love that he's afraid of caterpillars, giving him a silly fear like that was a good move and it gave the character more personality. Also the way the others teased him at the end was fun, I love how they're so comfortable with each other to joke around and tease each other too.

7- "Bicycle safety (traffic safety with Poli)" alright pls hear me out on this one... The traffic safety series is my guilty pleasure, like it's not good but I still enjoy it for some reason, (not as much as daily life safety with amber but I still like it) and this episode was super cute to me. Like we have this girl who can't ride a bike and Poli sees her struggling, stops patrolling and just teaches her how to ride a bike. she didn't even ask him to, he just decided to help her out of his own free will and I thought it was so cute and fluffy. Poli was so dad here. I really wish we could see more children like this instead of always seeing Kevin and doughy (or whatever his name is) since tbh I tolerated them at first but I don't really like them...

A one shot fic where RC police force or just anyone just anyone, saw Lin Beifong wearing a white tank top for the first time.

Cuz I know if this woman trains or just spar, it would be somewhere secluded and the fact that perhaps since she got her scar, she became more insecure of how people see her. So like when she is on RCP training grounds or training some metalbenders, she would be the type of woman that will wear somewhat of a similar outfit that Suyin wore when practicing with their dance troupe but definitely not a tank top.

Scenario could be, she will be sparring with someone and her usual outfits are not so comfortable anymore.

Since i am in this "community" i met some beautiful person and people who understands what is right and what is wrong, and people that understands with its head...BUT i've also saw a lot of shitheads, that (without ANY medical knowledge and completely brainless!) think that is "funny" and "cool", posting stupid pics or videos where (i repeat without ANY MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE!) they do VERY dangerous practice on the body of other people! 😣🤦😫

I'm talking about those stupid "resus fans" that think is cool to make a RCP to people that is CONSCIOUS, without making any damage to the others....and they're absolutely wrong! Because if they had even a minimum medical knowledge, they'd know that is EXTREMELY dangerous to make a rcp (even with soft compressions) on a beating heart and that damages by making this CAN appear even after many time..and these are real FACTS! Try to ask to every medical doctor if you don't believe me

I'm a paramedic as every day job, i've studied YEARS to become that, and this is the difference between knowledge and to do these things for "pleasure" or because it's "cool", for those "resus suckers" or "dark/extreme" brainless cardiophiles!

Do you wanna know how many times, we as paramedic (and emergency doctors or reanimators that work with us) are called with the ambulance, because of these stupid "games" that someone can think it's an innocent game, and instead can make more damages than other?? Luckilly, not all the times it has consequences, BUT many time is happened, so STOP to do this bullshit! Try to ask yourself, why on an inconscious person, when after the rcp the heart begins to beat again, you have IMMEDIATELY to stop the rcp...try to ask yourself, why paramedics,emt's and simple rescuers have to make a course/training and study to become that ones...and not anyone can become one!

So, i don't give a damn about you, i don't give a damn about losing possible "followers" or things like these (i prefer to potentially save a life than losing some "follower") since today i will REPORT to Tumblr EVERY stupid pics or videos of "resus" and cpr made by others on other people (not the ones made by someone on theirselves)...so maybe someone will understand that this thing it's extremely dangerous, even if "light" and "fake" compressions, because damages by that can appear even after many time after this "practice", but if you don't study,you will never know it! GoldenEye 007 (N64)

The classic, popular game. I will be looking at a few different versions of GoldenEye, including playing it in an emulator specifically made for GoldenEye, so to be able to compare I opted for a close-to authentic experience, playing in the original resolution with the original controls, not taking advantage of some of the special options that I didn’t experience originally with the game.

GoldenEye took the world by storm, being one of the most famous Nintendo 64 games, particularly for its multiplayer, which was added at the last minute. Four people can kill each other in custom built arenas (some unique, others adapted from main levels) with different weapon selections and character choices. A lot of my time was spent with the singleplayer campaign.

I had very vivid memories of the Dam level. I got the N64 and the game for Christmas when I was 10 years old. I read all of the briefings and instructions and set about playing the game. I instantly loved it, even though I died a lot. I did encounter a frustration which most other players didn’t, which meant I spent all day on the one level.

The briefing said to use bungee rope to jump off the dam. This wasn’t in the inventory like other gadgets (like the covert modem), so I figured you had to find it. I scoured the level many times. Eventually, I gave up and just ran off the dam to kill Bond, which triggered a successful mission.

Next up is Facility, which felt colossal to me. There was so much to explore, including lots of side rooms, not to mention the joy of trying to headshot the guard in the toilet only to shoot his hat off, with him not reacting. Getting from the first area to the second area felt like a puzzle, even though it was just using a console to open a door.

Because I was playing on easy, I kept bumping into Dr Doak on some attempts, but not others – he seemed to be in different places. I had no idea what his purpose was until much later. GoldenEye is all about solving objectives and then reaching the end of the level. I love the idea of extra difficulty being done via extra objectives, but I personally dislike that this is also tied to stronger and deadlier enemies.

After a few more great levels, giving us some unique locations, we get to the level I replayed the most as a kid: Frigate. The idea of a having access to a full ship was great, and it felt like there were lots of ways to approach this one. The Phantom gun was also ultra cool. Here you have to reuse hostages, but luckily you have time to react, even with the N64 controls.

Playing GoldenEye when it came out felt great. Playing it using one of the default control schemes now feels extremely awkward. Dual analogue controls feel great for FPS games, but this used a stick and C-buttons. Even then, a setup close to now isn’t possible. turning left and right is linked to the the same section as moving forwards and backwards. GoldenEye did have something very close to modern day shooters – however, you needed to play using two controllers.

Each level manages to create a unique feel, either through level design or objectives – even when returning to Surface and Bunker. Another highlight was Archives, which looked great. Loads of people complain about protecting Natalya, but the main trouble was finding her when she ran away or accidentally shooting her yourself. Incidentally, Natalya is absolutely deadly in the Jungle episode, taking out enemies relentlessly with her super powerful magnum.

The train level is another favourite level. Even though it’s a straight line, there’s just a charm about it. Not even my complete inability to aim properly with the laser watch at the end dampens my fun of the level.

On that note, the weapons are very satisfying to use (apart from the KLOBB). They have great sounds and all have a unique feel to it. I loved the RCP-120, especially when you could duel wield them. You could only duel wield if you killed an enemy that was doing so, but it felt so satisfying using two guns at once.

After a great climax in the sky, I was very happy with GoldenEye. However, there were two bonus levels. Over the next few years, I finally completed Secret Agent and got access to the Moonraker level (my favourite non-GoldenEye Bond film when I was younger, mainly because of space). I never managed 00 Agent as a child, though, so the final level (plus the customisable difficulty mode), was stuff I only read about in N64 Magazine. Of course, there was still the multiplayer to play, and some cheats to try and unlock.

Finish levels on certain difficulties in certain times and you’ll unlock cheats. The game was clever in that most players would likely unlock some simple ones – such as DK mode – by playing normally, while things like invincibility and all guns were very difficult. Eventually, cheats to unlock the cheats were found and I was able to mess around with them.

I think the level and objective based structure of GoldenEye still holds up, and I wish more modern games would utilise it. Aspects of Goldeneye have definitely aged badly, such as the controls, but the game oozes charm that helps to counter it. With a few small tweaks, even those aspects can be fixed for a very enjoyable game.

One last thing I do need to mention: Grant Kirkhope’s soundtrack for this game is phenomenal, with a ton of great tracks. While the graphics may have aged, GoldenEye still sounds amazing.

GoldenEye is currently the only James Bond video game currently available officially. An emulated version original N64 version is available for rent on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo Switch Online Plus subscription, while an Xbox Series port is about as part of an Xbox Game Pass subscription, or you can buy a digital version of Rare Replay, which includes a copy of the Xbox Series version of GoldenEye as an additional download.

Our seasoned professionals offer an array of engaging and educational programs geared toward helping children make the most of their precious years. For instance, there's a special program dedicated to encouraging students to take advantage of their individual strengths and to learn from one another, while our small class sizes and individualized attention allow for a more personalized education experience.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Roseville kindergarten students are provided with opportunities to learn about their interests outside of school, build mentoring relationships and develop a sense of community. These extra-curricular activities are vital to student development and can help them achieve their academic goals while also building self-confidence.

RCSD offers a variety of extra-curricular programs that include sports, art, music and academic support. These programs can be helpful to both students and teachers alike.

The RCSD music program is designed to provide students with a broad repertoire of musical pieces and theory at age-appropriate levels, as well as skills that they can use in future learning experiences. This includes music history and basic musical concepts such as note names, tempos and dynamics. Children are introduced to music through songs, and they continue to build their knowledge of music through the use of workbooks and classroom participation. During this time, they also begin to learn how to play the soprano recorder.

Staff Members

Roseville kindergarten is staffed by passionate professionals with a deep interest in early childhood education. They are dedicated to capturing the momentum of curiosity and involving parents in every aspect of the child’s learning.

Teachers are licensed and fully fingerprinted as required by the State of California

Licensing. They are also committed Christians and have a heart for serving children.

The staff members at RCP are trained to meet the social, emotional and physical needs of each child. They are also trained to provide a play-based curriculum that encourages independence and self-expression.

Nicole first joined the preschool as a participating parent in 2016. She was very familiar with Bev Bos’ work and knew that she wanted her own children to attend Roseville Community Preschool. She is very thankful to have found a program where children can truly PLAY and where community is so strong a focus! She is excited to have the opportunity to serve at RCP in 2020.

Getting Started

Kindergarten chatswood is an early childhood program that serves students 2 to 5 years of age. It provides a variety of learning experiences, including Religion, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies and Physical Education.

The goal is to create a positive environment that will encourage your child’s interest in learning and help them develop a love of school. Each class is staffed by a fully credentialed teacher and a full-time instructional assistant who are committed to helping your child reach their educational goals.

To get started, the 1,000 Books Foundation recommends that you read to your child at least one book per night before they enter kindergarten. This will help them develop language abilities, enhance social skills and enrich their lives. It also helps them learn that reading is fun and can be a valuable tool for life. Check out their online library to find a free book you can read with your child before they start school.
