He is emaciated, cut up, has goopy eyes, but most serious of all is that part of his lower mouth, gums & teeth are hanging loose from the rest of his mouth! 😡😡 He appears to have suffered some type of blunt force trauma to his head. You can tell by looking at this poor soul, all 22 pounds of him, that life has not been kind to him, but it seems today things got a whole lot worse. It’s just heartbreaking to keep seeing these broken animals that have known nothing but abuse.
