Episode 89 marks the end of NanGuo arc, presumably the longest arc in Fox Spirit Matchmaker by far. The story of the Southern princess has finally came to an end. The next arc is ZhuYe arc, beginning in Winter 2018, about WangQuan FuGui’s parents,  東方淮竹 (DongFang HuaiZhu) and 王權霸業 (WangQuan BaYe). This arc will be the first arc involving a story between two humans, thus the first arc without the involvement of grievance tree and reincarnation. It gives more insight towards YueChu & FuGui’s past connections, DongFang YueChu’s mother is revealed, and a bittersweet tragic story (as usual).  Picture caption: Goodbye, NanGuo Arc. / Hello, ZhuYe arc.
