Why Real Estate??? 😱 I used to get this question a lot, especially when starting out, around 6 years ago. First of all, how many jobs do you know that allow you to spend around $100-$300 on education, spend 3-5 months studying, and then start making 6 figures the same year you get your license? I don't know about you, but not a lot of options come to my mind. So does it mean that's all it takes? Nope. Statistically, around 80% of real estate agents quit the first year without making a single sale. That's BRUTAL statistics! The industry is highly competitive, especially in our market, in Bay Area, CA. And that's why it's quite difficult to make it through. But if you can give this job all you got - it can turn your life around. And that's where the 20% are. And it's not just about 💰 although it helps 😃 Real Estate allows me to participate in some of the most important life events of people's lives.
