Quan trọng là tập như thế nào...

Đây là 3 điều cơ bản mà anh đang cố thực hành

Thứ 1: Tập tích cực thay vì tiêu cực

Cái này phải khởi nguồn từ suy nghĩ nhé, đầu tiên dù bất kể có biến cố gì tới với em hãy tìm một "khía cạnh tích cực nhất" của câu chuyện và vin vào đó thay vì chỉ nghĩ về những điều tiêu cực đang sảy ra. Điều này không hẳn giúp em vui lên nhưng nó giúp em nhìn nhận đúng vấn đề đang gặp phải và giải quyết nó đơn giản cũng như là hiệu quả hơn, giúp em tránh làm em bị cuốn vào những vòng luẩn quẩn trong đầu mình.

Ngoài ra trong cuộc sống hàng ngày hãy tập gần gũi những người mang năng lượng vui vẻ, hay cười, những người biết động viên, biết khen ngợi, tránh xa mấy người hay than thở, kể lể, những người oán trách sân hận lại càng phải tránh ra, ngừng thói quen nghe nhạc ảm đạm, sướt mướt, thất tình sầu đời (vì mấy nhạc này mang tần số rất thấp, dù nó hay nhưng nó kéo sóng não xuống thấp theo khiến con người sầu theo), hàng ngày cố gắng nhìn nhận đánh giá tích cực khi quan sát cuộc sống...

Thứ 2: Tập giảm bớt một chút mong cầu của bản thân lại

Mong cầu bao gồm cả về vật chất và tinh thần, mọi buồn khổ đều khởi nguồn từ việc không được như ta mong muốn, thế nên càng mong nhiều càng dễ khổ. Thế nên hãy từ từ giảm nó xuống chút. Còn về tinh thần, ca này khó đấy, ví dụ nhé, muốn con học tốt nhưng con học bình thường không vui, muốn bồ yêu kiểu abc nhưng ổng lại yêu kiểu xyz không vui, muốn thằng đồng nghiệp nó ăn đừng phát ra tiếng động nhưng cái mồm nó chép to quá khó chịu cũng không vui... nhiều cái nho nhỏ như thế khởi từ bên trong mình ra, nếu mình không kiểm soát được thì rất khó để hài lòng với cuộc đời, thế nên cũng nén lại.

Thứ 3: Tập yêu thương cơ thể của mình

Anh cho rằng mọi người nghĩ rằng mình yêu thương cơ thể của mình nhưng chưa chắc đâu nhé, thức tới mấy giờ đi ngủ, bcó tập thể dục thường xuyên không, uống nước đủ không, chế độ ăn có quan tâm không hay lại bận quá đa phần ăn tạm hoặc nhịn ăn để giữ cân giảm eo... thực ra anh biết cũng khó nhưng một tinh thần tốt phải xuất phát từ một thân thể khoẻ mạnh, thế nên hãy chăm sóc cho chính mình tốt cái đã.

Hãy cảm ơn đầu em vì hôm nay nó không đau đầu, cảm ơn mắt em vì nó còn nhìn tốt, cảm ơn chân, tay, mũi, lưỡi bla bla bla vì chúng không biểu tình gì... Hãy yêu bản thân mình như Narcissus yêu chính cái bóng của mình dưới sông vây bởi lẽ khi yêu mình em sẽ biết yêu người, và khi biết yêu mọi người em sẽ hạnh phúc.

Em có biết vì sao các thầy chùa lại gọi là đi tu tập không? Bởi khi bước chân vào cửa Phật những điều cơ bản nhất như hít thở, bước đi, ăn uống, ngủ nghỉ... đều phải học tập lại từ đầu. Các thầy chùa đi tu chính là hình thức tập hạnh phúc như vậy, thế nên người ta mới gọi là tu tập. Tất nhiên anh không nhắc tới để khuyên mọi người hãy đi tu, trời ơi cuộc đời còn nhiều cái hay quá, bản thân chúng ta còn đủ ham muốn trải nghiệm, còn đủ mong cầu cần vượt qua và còn đủ bài học phải nếm vị thì cái việc đi tu chắc phải dành cho kiếp khác. Nhưng việc học tập các thầy tu để tìm tới với hạnh phúc thì anh nghĩ là có thể tham khảo. Tương tự như việc em đọc thêm một cuốn sách nâng cao để tích thêm kinh nghiệm vậy, cứ đọc qua hiểu thêm đến đâu thì hay đến đấy, không cần gượng ép làm gì.

Còn nếu em là học sinh học không tốt lắm thì chưa cần vội tham khảo sách nâng cao, chỉ cần áp dụng kiến thức cơ bản trong SGK như mấy cái anh nhắc ở trên trước đã. Chỉ cần em cố gắng thực hạnh trong một thời gian kết hợp thiền định nếu có thể mọi thứ xung quanh em chắc chắn sẽ khác.

Another week of them being suspicious in scheduling when their projects/works are released. Our best example so far is the timing of Bobo’s 3 films released vs GG’s 3 dramas so far. Look, we know that these things are planned out, especially for films and dramas — there are people who decide on that and ZZ & WYB’s don’t give the last word. Once they are done filming and all, it’s basically in the hands of other executives.

9/19 in the evening, around 7:00 PM fans noticed that Wind & Waves weibo account has updated and it went on hot search. Then XZS posts a bit later, a goodbye post to Shengyang + SBMS. So it’s like, Goodbye to SBMS era and it’s time for something new from WYB.

The next day, 9/20 : XZ had a livestream show for Loreal Pro in the evening. Nothing much on WYB’s side, only that Wind and Waves weibo shared IQIYI’s post, generating more excitement for it.

9/21, Redmi Note 13 press conference. WYB did not attend that in person but it’s still interesting that this is sandwiched between XZ’s “live events”. 9/20 = loreal and 9/22 = dove.

Anyway, the big thing for 9/21 ( and the reason that pushed me to make a post ) is the IQIYI conference. We already knew beforehand what time Wind & Waves material will be out. 10:30 and 10:35. They did post it on time and who posted after??? XZ. for Gucci. He had to, because Gucci will have a show in the evening.

For those who don’t follow posting times a lot, and in particular, XZ this may not make sense. But to those who do you may be one who 👀 on this. ZZ usually posts on his Weibo, when related to brands, during his birthday kadian 10:05 or 10:10. Sometimes 10:30. When I think about it, I sometimes feel like we’re speculating too much but there’s been so many times it happened. not just this year or week. Maybe there is something going on behind the scenes in the industry where they don’t let certain people “compete”. Who knows. Since i’m a cpf, I will take this as candy. LOL. Tektoknya Cetho Stravanya Engga

Tadi sore kelar tektok Lawu via Cetho, fiuh.

Perjalanan yang memorable adalah perjalanan yang cenderung tidak biasa, ada cerita, dan hikmah. Contohnya kalau saya, salah satunya ya ini.

Awal perencanaan tektok ini kurang lebih setelah turun slamet (maaf cerita slamet tertunda kawan). Mas Nihri belom pernah ke Lawu, oke gas, tapi via Cetho, soale yg belom pernah saya ya hanya itu saja. Selain itu, katanya Cetho indah, ga kaya yg laen, ini ada sabananya, dan ya, saya pun beberapa kali lihat di story temen dan lainnya.

H-1 malam keberangkatan, jiwa jiwa mager mulai bermunculan, dan bagai kanker, bermetastasis memunculkan berbagai alasan masuk akal, yg dalam kasus ini didominasi oleh keluhan di lutut dan kepentingan untuk jogmar pekan depan, tapi kok, agak kureng sinkron, kalo ahad nya saya long run terakhir dari rumah ke ibas putra yang kurleb 30an km.

Daripada pusing, mending saya tidur. Keesokan paginya entah kenapa, muncul rasa, hmm kok agak gaenak badan ya, ini sebenere antara beneran ada atau engga kalo objektifnya, tapi terus karena rasa mager yg cukup hebat, menghubungkan kejadian kipas angin di kamar dengan masuk angin, oke juga.

Akhirnya kuberanikan diri menge chat nihri, "Nih, kok iki sedikit mager ya" dalam dua balon kata terpisah... pun juga menitnya. Tampak sedikit mencurigakan. Tapi beliau sepertinya tida peka dan malah ijin buang air tidak kecil sebentar. Okelah, karena usaha sekuat tenaga dan keberanian melawan ke pekewuh an membatalkan agenda h-sekian jam telah diberikan, sisanya hanyalah mengikuti alur dan kujawab, oke barkabar.

Menit berlalu tanpa kabar, berbekal asumsi beliau sakit perut begitu dahsyat, tak ada follup, hingga tiba tiba dibalas, "otw" . waduh.

Dan akhirnya kami berangkat, satu motor, hemat bensin, minimal polusi, cinta lingkungan, go green. Jam 6 rencana sarapan di TW. kami be dua Gaada yang pernah ke Cetho. Tapi kami, cukup optimis, semua pendakian Lawu pasti searah sama pasar tawangmangu dan dengan kami dengan pd nya ga buka maps kalo blom sampe pasar.

Tiwas munggah tekan pasar, pas ngecek maps, lha kok, belok kiri, terus kiri lagi. Udah ikutin, lha kok turunnya sampe Isyka, belok dan masih beberapa km. Dari situlah kami mengerti bahwa, Tawangmangu ga cuma dari pasar sampe cemoro sewu, ternyata Kemuning itu beda lokasi dan itu ga searah sama pasar TW. catat itu atau sarapan anda dan teman anda akan dikorbankan.

Sampe beskem sekitar pukul 7. Baru kali ini, liat tempat regis tu agak jauhan sama beskemnya. wow unik. Sampe tempat regis, petugas e gaada. Okelah istirahat dulu gapapa, tapi sebenere agak panik, karena khawatir larut malam kelarnya kalo petugas e dateng telat.

Sambil menunggu, eh ada anjing, bentuknya kaya anjing anjing film yang di salju salju. Keren, tapi mager mau foto sampe nihri omong, ra mbok foto? oke gas kita keluarkan sony a6000 yg sudah melalang buana ke alam bebas, dari tingginya puncak hingga dalamnya goa. Kamera dikeluarkan dan cekrek

asem, tiwas ngisi 2 batre full semalaman. Bawa jauh jauh ke Cetho. Ternyata memori cardnya ketinggalan. Sampai jumpa foto kamera, assalaamualaikum xiaomi redmi note 9.

Singkat cerita, kami memulai langkah dengan penuh semangat mengejar sabana indah nan luas di sana. Candi Kethek terlewati, santai ga mungkin secepat itu Ferguso. Pos warung bukak terlewati, kalem. Pos satu lewat, weh udah pos satu aja, 4 lagi dan summit. Pos 2 lewat, sabana nya mungkin di pos 3, sabana i am coming. Pos 4, buset iki sabane ngendi toh! Sambil makin berharap ketemu karena makin dekat, alhamdulillah akhirnya ketemu

Ternyata emang sabana lumayan indah, kalo kata Nihri, dadi pengen turu ng rumput e. Tapi emang iya, kalo dibandingin sama cemoro cemoro, wah, ini nilai plus besar si. Tapi ya itu

Berbekal hanya lihat story, reels, dan sebagainya tanpa diimbangi membaca caption dan catper serta vlog pendaki sebelumnya. Kukira Sabana tuh kek yang, baru naik nih, eh, Sabana! soalnya pada bikin srory disana jadi kukira itu kek yang mudah terjangkau ternyata realita cukup berbeda tapi alhamdulillah, masih dipertemukan dan tentunya dengan cuaca yang cerah. fiuh.

Oiya, selama perjalanan menuju pos 3 dari awal, kami rasa, penggunaan sepatu running cukup merepotkan. Karena walau kami suka berseluncur tapi entah kenapa yang satu ini seluncurnya, engga dulu. Licin sekali sodara. Apalagi setelah dilanda hujan. Maka dari itu, kami sarankan bagi siapapun yang mendaki jalur dan gunung yang sama, harap menggunakan sepatu yang sol nya cukup menggigit dan tidak sehalus 910 kanzaki dan geist ekiden serta jalan masa depan kita semua, aamiin.

Lanjut, pendakian Pos 4-5 cukup indah namun lebih indah 5-puncak. Kalau di 4-5 ada sabana, di 5-puncak, sabananya lebih luas, dan bertebaran bunga kuning. Kalau di 4-5 ada sesi berjalan di antara dua bukit, di 5-puncak? gaada, adanya nyasar ke makam. Ya semua ada plus minusnya. Alhamdulillah di 5-puncak ada puncaknya. Jelas.

Kelar sampai puncak pukul 12.03 berangkat sekitar pukul 8 kurang dikit. Dan disinilah ujian selnajutnya dimulai.

Sebagai remaja yang alhamdulillah suka berlari, kami berdua mempunyai nyeri dengkul. Oke, sebagai informasi, tak selamanya berlari itu indah kawan, terutama bagi yang mungkin, bisa dibilang porsi latihannya cukup sangat progresif dari sisi kecepatan dan jarak tanpa diimbangi latihan form dan strength dengan baik, mampu menyebabkan cedera, dan bisa jadi ini salah satunya. Dan seringkali kambuh ketika dengkul menahan beban, seperti contohnya turun tangga dan gunung.

Yak cerita selanjutnya yang cukup terkenang adalah bagaimana kami, eh saya lebih tepatnya, menuruni gunung dengan berputar kanan dan kiri, membelakangi jalur, berusaha semaksimal mungkin mengurangi beban pada dengkul yang suka berteriak. Dari puncak, sampai beskem sekitar 3 jam. Lanjut motoran ke Rumah

Bukanlah sebuah perjalanan, apabila tak terekam oleh strava. Kurang lebih itu motto penulis. maka dari itu full naik turun terekam, naik pake strava karena masih cukuo batrenya, turun pake jam tangan. Namun, apalah daya, terkadang bahkan strava pun bisa salah, seperti pria.

Mungkin kesalahan ini terdengar positif tapi sebagai manusia berintegrias yang sesungguhnya, maka kebohongan tetaplah kebohongan! apa yang 4 jam tetaplah 4jam, bukan satu! yak dan ini cukup disesalkan.

En conclusión, el Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ es un muy buen móvil considerando todas las características que he analizado previamente, y en relación con el precio, sin ser tan caro como un nuevo iPhone pero tampoco como uno más simple de gama media.

All though the phone is good, it's battery life isn't as great as it's redmi competitors and another thing which spoils the reputation of this phone is the new OxygenOS 13 which is buggy sometimes and the OG Oneplus fans aren't happy abt this either cuz OxygenOS is turning into RealmeUI.

5. Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G

Last up we have the Realme Narzo 50 pro 5G. Overall it's a good package and will get your daily needs done unless you like taking a lot of photos and videos then i wouldn't recommend this phone for that. Its not that it can't take good pics or videos but, it's competitors can take better ones.
