Turquoise eyes went wide at the sudden contact between the two Huntress’ lips, and Nora forward fall stopped mid air. Taking advantage of the obstacle that had prevented her from landing face first on the floor, she stumbled back, blinking in surprise.

“Oh, whoops- I’m sorry, Ruby! I didn’t notice you there. See, I kinda tripped and- oh, you’re okay, aren’t you? Like, I didn’t bump into you too hard or anything?”

“What, this?” Nora asked, placing her hands on her hips and shifting her weight from one foot to the other, eyes focused downwards to try and determine if the length of the skirt was modest enough or not. “It’s just an old uniform I found. Not as cool as ours though, right?
