·       If the property-to- be- constructed falls under urban Bangalore, the BDA has to provide a No Objection Certificate (BDA). If it falls under rural Bangalore, this should be provided by the BMRDA.
·       Two types of No Objection Certificate (NOC) are provided by the BDA. The first certifies that the company has not acquired that plot of land. And, the second certifies that the residential layout plan of the builder has been approved by the BDA. Before developing a piece of land, a developer has to mandatorily obtain both of these NOCs.
