Realizing that the reason nobody talks about how shit Elibe is as a world is bc FE7 is FE7 and it seems like most FE fans who’ve played it have nostalgic bias for it
#fire emblem#seeing elibe discussion amongst my mutuals#reminding me how fe6 and fe7 were saved for me by gba gameplay#and even then fe6#was um#an interesting experience in that department!#it is baffling to me how elibe and jugdral are back to back chronologically#they had two whole games to make a world that actually feels worth digging into#and there were like three moments total in both games that weren’t just bad story wise#those being lyn mode#the last like three chapters of fe6#and the mini zephiel arc of fe7#i could give two shits about the rest of it#oops didn’t mean to write an essay in the tags here#at least they’re fun! they’re fun video games to play even tho fe6 probably has the top 5 worst maps in the series all on its own
