So true, video game from 2003
#yeah yeah. it technically released in japan in 2002 but 1) december 2002 and 2) NA release was in 2003#but if you want to be really technical about it this is actually a screenshot from the legacy collection released in 2023#mmbn#mmbn3#mega man battle network#megaman#videos game#video games#i remember playing this game in like 3rd or 4th grade#replaying it now on the legacy collection and... i don't remember any of this!#granted. it *has* been ~20 years but you'd think at least SOME of it would feel familiar#i mean. the music does. but i meant the plot#got recommended one of the songs on youtube and was overcome by such a powerful wave of nostalgia#that i had to immediately impulse buy the legacy collection#the only thing i DO remember about it is that i never beat it#got very close to the end but just couldn't make it past alpha#and then i guess i gave up on it for the next two decades or so :P
