The fact that the HDM show managed to transform a very staight book into a very queer story means so much to me 🥰🏳️🌈
#i know it was subtext they transformed into text for some storylines but still#rereading the books after watching the show actually made me realize how queerer the show is#and i'm so grateful for it#that's also probably why i will never be able to say that the book or the show are better than the other#both of then have things they did better than the other and i truly can't say that one of them is arguably better#maybe one day i'll explain why#when i have the words about it#hdm#his dark materials#pia's oversharing
