So I decided to take a crack at what I think Hanon and Rina’s hypothetical children would look like in Aqua! Unless Sango is one of theirs…If they’re going to be clones of their mothers then I decided to at least give them the coloring of their potential fathers to even it out.

I’m thinking Rina’s daughter is going to be predictably called Lina or Rima, though not sure which I like better. I’m leaning towards Rima as that’s at least actual Japanese name. As for Hanon’s daughter I’m thinking Kanon is a good name for her!

I will forever and always be a Rina Stantm so I decided to design outfits for her hypothetical daughter, Rima Hamasaki. I personally headcanon that Masahiro’s grandmother is the mermaid who gave out the beads to the old woman in S1. And since they were like a blue color, I believe that means he’s got some arctic mermaid in him :) I also headcanon his grandfather is the one who runs the mermaid shrine in the manga, hence the miko outfit.

Idk I just liked shrine maiden Rina and it’s a shame it didn’t make it into the anime!
