Who doesn't love upgrades? With the reopening of @hawkerchanphilippines 2.0 in @themallofasiaofficial located at Level 1, North Entertainment Mall, it has stepped up from its fast food concept into a casual dining concept offering more Singaporean dishes to try. Glad the pricing is still reasonable as it is, after all , the world's cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant.
