It has been almost 18 years since the passing of Michel Petrucciani and I remember reading the news like if it was yesterday. I already posted about Michel last year and his songbook is so rich, I wanted to post again on an amazing talent that some in the music industry called "Little Big Man". The cut is "Bite" from the 1989 release of "Music" with Lenny White on drums, Adam Holzman on synthesizers, Frank Colon on percussion, Robbie Kondor on additional synthesizer and the phenomenal bass of Anthony Jackson. Album Number Four Hundred Seventy Seven “Alive on Arrival” is the first album by the American singer-songwriter #steveforbert , released in 1978. My copy is on CBS’ #nemperorrecords - PZ 35538 Forbert was born in Meridian, Mississippi, United States. As a child, he fell in love with music, even playing air guitar in a pretend band he called The Mosquitos. Due to a fascination with Top 40 radio, he proclaimed himself a "music junkie." At 17, he started writing songs, and soon moved to New York City in 1976, to experience the punk rock scene of the 1970s.
