I forced my friend to watch rogue one bc they’d never seen it before and it made them cry so here’s some celebratory art.

Just realized I didn’t post these here! I have dipped my toes into acrylic earrings! I wanted something for y’all that’s a little more subtle than minifigs. (Don’t worry, I love the minifig earrings, those aren’t going anywhere.) So this is my first batch! And when they came I realized I made…almost all Rogue One/Andor stuff. So…here we go.

So we’ve got the Rogue One Starbird in purple, the Andor crest/Starbird in maroon, the Ferrix Honor Guard emblem in maroon and white…and K-2SO. They all came out so lovely! These are all about 1.5” wide and they’re super lightweight!

Fandom Friday, 09/13: Fanart!

Hello again, everyone…and welcome to another installment of Fandom Friday, the two-post series where I go off to find new and interesting fanworks that might need a bit more visibility.

Before we begin...I'm not sure I have a cool address created for this latest update, other than the seasons are about to change, and I think that...for better or for worse, I'm probably changing a little right along with them.

I have no idea whether this will prove to be a good thing or not in the long run, only that I'm still learning new things even as I face my elder nerd years, and my ever-increasing amount of gray hairs upon my head keep reminding me that there's still a ways for me to go here...so please. I hope that anybody still reading my words will continue to be patient with me, especially if I don't always feel in the mood to draw, write, or otherwise create eye-catching things for the rest of the interwebs to enjoy.

I know I never left but: we are so back!! I started this as a "warm-up" as soon as I heard the news! I'm so excited! no process for this one because it was all over the place xD but I use the same one as the other paintings in this series. I've decided to call it Sargent in Coruscant. this was based on Sargent's portraits of WWI generals. I've been meaning to draw one for Krennic for the longest time. I'm not familiar with the subjects currently so this is only from an artistic standpoint, but I highly recommend: Gen. Sir John Cowans, Gen. Leonard Wood, and Douglas Haig, 1st Earl of Haig

Ahh it’s been a minute but I’m back! I’ve been exploring my style lately and I am liking where it’s going.

Anyway Ever since Andor, Rogue one has been on my mind. I have loved seeing the unexpected parallels between Cassian and Jyn’s stories, and how their lives intertwined long before they even met. Can’t wait to see the finale next week!
