Whole duck tonight! For the sixth night of poultry week I cooked a whole @mapleleaffarms duck on the @kamadojoe Joetisserie. It was seasoned with @meatchurch Garlic & Herb and was given a glaze of local honey, fresh rosemary, thyme and sage. It’s served with duck fat roasted baby yellow and red potatoes and steamed green beans.
