New Year's Gift: 2t3 Deedee's Dress Silk Long & Short

Happy new year everyone! To celebrate, I thought I'd share a little something.

I absolutely love the silk dress from TS4's Moonlight Chic kit, and luckily it has been converted for TS3 by @xiasimla here. Then @deedee-sims made a long and short version for TS2, and while I've been using them for all my sims 2 ladies, I wanted needed them for my TS3 ladies as well.

I've used both Deedee's and Xiasimla's meshes and textures as a base for this, so many thanks to them both!

Info

For females, Young Adult/Adult only as of now (I plan on converting them for teens and elders in the future)

The long dress has 3 recolourable channels, short dress has 2

They can be found in formal, sleepwear and career. They are not enabled for random

They have all morphs and are maternity enabled

The dresses have custom thumbnails

Polycount is 5,6k for short, 6k for long

I only enabled it for formalwear and it's not valid for random.

IP Tank Double (No Necklace Edit)

I made a de-necklaced version of the double tank top from Island Paradise. It's for both (young) adult and teen males, and is also edited to be less shiny. The presets are unedited (yes, including the stencils, which were removed via this mod for the preview)

This is a default replacement, so IP is required.

ALRIGHT KIDDOS so for starters that hiatus was refressshing (and turbulent) to say the least. The White Queen – Coat and Hat from The Queen’s Gambit for Teen-Elder

Another piece of Queen's Gambit clothing. This time it is outerwear, based on the coat and hat that Beth wears in the final scene of the show. I love this outfit and the symbolism behind it, having Beth mimic the White Queen, the most powerful chess piece. It's a timeless set of outerwear that is sure to fit both modern and retro sims.

I tried my best with the bone assignements, and I think they're pretty good, but there will be some clipping in more extreme poses.

Around this area the mesh is a bit see thru,but It's not that noticable when you're just playing the game.

I've made the test sim do a lot of different tasks (like preparing a meal,eating a meal, wash the dishes, sit on the couch and watch tv ... and a lot more.) and it was barely noticable.

It also has a bit of clipping issues with some pants when you put both the fatness and the fitness sliders to the max.

Other than that I've not seen any other issues.
