I was thinking about the Dark Cacao x Sable skit I made, so I made this on the spot.

Sable wanted to surprise Cacao with the costumes, but they ran out to excitedly show their father. Both weren't expecting the twins to call her mother.

So I still have to fix up the next part for New Year's Concert. So... time for Dark Cacao and Sablé shipping moment!! (This ship is about to live rent-free in my head completely)

*The scene is set in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. Dark Choco, the Chess Choco twins, and Caramel Arrow were walking around the Citadel. The two small Cookies were chasing each other in between Caramel Arrow and Dark Choco.*

Caramel Arrow: Children. Please be careful. The King doesn't want you to ruin your clothes before dinner.

Chess Choco: Mama will be joining us? Will mother be joining us?

Dark Choco: Mother? Who are you talking about?

Caramel Arrow: Mother? Do you mean Lady Sablé of the Crème Republic?

Dark Choco: I remember her. Father has been getting close to her.

Chess Choco: Yes! Papa and Mama have been together a lot! Yes, father and mother have been spending time together.

*Dark Choco thought for a second before turning toward Caramel Arrow.*

Dark Choco: Is Lady Sablé here right now?

Caramel Arrow: Yes, she's in the east wing. Why?

Dark Choco: ...*whispers* I have been hanging out with Red Velvet for too long...*turns to the Chess Choco twins* Would you like father and Lady Sablé to around every day?

Chess Choco: Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes please.

Dark Choco: Then I have a plan.

*An hour later, Dark Cacao was walking to the west balcony. He had a letter in his hand, knowing it was from Pawn White. It said to come play in the west balcony before dinner. By the time he reached the balcony doors, he could smell...food?*

Dark Cacao: Hm? What is this? Why does it smell like food?

*Dark Cacao opened the doors and was shocked to see a picnic set up there. Dark Choco and Chess Choco were finishing up some last few touches.*

Dark Cacao: W...what is this?

Dark Choco: *looks up* Father. We were setting up a picnic.

Dark Cacao: A picnic? We do not have space for the twins to play.

Chess Choco: No papa! Not for us! No father. It's not for us.

Dark Cacao: Then why-?

*Before he could finish his sentence, Caramel Arrow appeared with Sablé right behind her. But what took his breath away was the fact that Sablé was wearing a traditional Cacaoian dress.*

Dark Choco: Lady Sablé, welcome.

Chess Choco: Hi mama! Welcome mother.

Sablé: Oh my. What is this?

Caramel Arrow: This would be the Dark Cacao Kingdom's version of a picnic. It is a bit chilly but it still can be a lovely date.

Sablé: D-date?!

Dark Choco: Yes. We believe you two should have some time alone. Since you two have only been spending time together with Chess Choco. So have fun you two. We'll be off.

*Before Dark Cacao could say anything, the four disappeared inside, leaving the king and the councilwoman on the balcony. There was an awkward silence before Dark Cacao noticed Sablé sat down and was shivering. He sat next to her and pulled her close, making sure she was underneath his coat. This caused Sablé to blush.*

Sablé: Oh my! Thank you, King Dark Cacao.

Dark Cacao: *shyly looks away while blushing* Please...just Dark Cacao.

*Sablé smiles and leans into Dark Cacao. Both older Cookies enjoy their quiet dinner, watching the snow fall.*

Who wants more Dark Cacao x Sablé content?

*The scene is set in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. Dark Cacao was in a meeting with his generals when Earl Grey walked up to him.*

Earl Grey: *bows* Your Majesty. Lady Sablé of the Crème Republic has arrived.

Dark Cacao: I see. Thank you Earl Grey. I will be with her in a moment. Let me finish this meeting first.

Earl Grey: Very well, Your Majesty. *Leaves*

Second Watcher: You and Lady Sablé have been getting very close lately. If you do not mind me saying, King Dark Cacao.

Crunchy Chip: Yeah. You two have been almost inseparable like us and the Cream Wolves.

Priest: Yes. Will we be expecting a-

Dark Choco: That is enough. Father must get going if he wishes to meet Lady Sablé on time. *Nudges Dark Cacao* Go on.

Dark Cacao: *smiles* Thank you, my son. I leave the rest to you.

*Dark Cacao left, hearing his son continuing the meeting. As he walked down the hallway, a single thought appeared. It bounced around, no matter what he did to stop it. Just when he was about to get it under control, Sablé finally appeared in his vision. She stood in the Great Hall, dressed in her warmest clothes but still shaking. Earl Grey was talking with her and gave her a cup of warm tea.*

Earl Grey: His Majesty will be on his way, Lady Sablé. He is currently in a meeting.

Sablé: I completely understand. I know how long these meetings can get. I'm fine with waiting for him. *takes a sip*

Dark Cacao: But it would be very rude for the king to keep his lovely guest waiting.

*Sablé jumped a bit and did a small spit take, causing Dark Cacao to chuckle. He then wrapped her underneath his cloak.*

Sablé: *playfully smacks his chest* Dark Cacao! You know better!

Dark Cacao: *chuckles* I'm sorry, my music dragon. I wished to surprise you.

Sablé: If you wish to surprise me, then let me surprise you too. *kisses his cheek*

*Dark Cacao blushes and for a second, was at a loss for words. He could barely hear Earl Grey saying that he would get the warmest room ready. Once the loyal Cookie left, Sablé leaned into Dark Cacao.*

Sablé: How are you and the children?

Dark Cacao: Very well. Dark Choco has been taking his role as prince like gummy fish to soda water. And the twins have been making the Citadel more... interesting as the days go by.

Sablé: And you?

Dark Cacao: *looks at her* I've been well...(I wish you were...)How about you?

Sablé: I've been well. I...have a question for you.

Dark Cacao: Yes, my music dragon?

Sablé: If I gave up my status as Elder in the Crème Republic, would we be able to...

*Knowing what she was trying to say, Dark Cacao pulled Sablé closer and kissed her forehead.*

Dark Cacao: Whatever you choose, I'll be by your side.

Sablé: *smiles* I see.

I don't have any arcs done since I'll be busy the rest of the week. So I'll just put this out here. It's still Dark Cacao x Sablé.

I would like to imagine that if they ever went on a date, everyone would think Dark Cacao is not having fun because he's wearing his neutral face that looks like he's mad. But he's not. And Sablé knows this. She would just keep going and quickly figure out what he wants or likes by just noticing micro changes to his expression.

Just another dumb shipping thought.

I won't be able to get the first part of the New Year's Concert Arc done by tomorrow and I'm still on my shipping high so instead...have a small interaction between Dark Cacao and Sablé.

*The scene is set in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. Dark Cacao was roaming the Citadel when he noticed something. At the end of the hallway, Sablé was surrounded by the Chess Choco twins.*

Chess Choco: Play with us! Please play with us.

Sablé: It's been a while since I've played chess. Are you sure you would like to play with me?

Chess Choco: Come on! Play with us! Let us play.

Sablé: I see. Then I must try my best.

Dark Cacao: *walks up to the trio* What are you two doing?

Chess Choco: Papa! We want to play with Miss Sablé! Father. We wish to play with Lady Sablé.

Dark Cacao: I see. *looks at Sablé* Lady Sablé, do you wish to play with Pawn White and Pawn Black?

Sablé: *smiles* I wouldn't mind if you joined us and be my chess partner.

*Dark Cacao slightly blushes and cleared his throat. He nodded, causing Chess Choco to cheer and smile. They both ran down the hallway, chanting chess over and over. Sablé giggled a bit before wrapping her hand around Dark Cacao's arm.*

Sablé: Shall we, my liege?

Dark Cacao: *looks away with a hint of blushing* Yes, let's. *Both Cookies follow Chess Choco.*

I'm curious about the Dark Cacao x Sable ship you have one, but heres two ideas.

A few of the elders decide to visit the Dark Cacao kingdom. Sable is among them, and she is easily cold. Dark Cacao notices, and places his coat on her shoulders, saying nothing and walking away. Sable is flustered but is appreaciative of the gesture.

Sable is taking up the hobby of sketching others during business trips in her sketchbook, to point where she tend to stare(even thought you cant see her eyes). During a visit to the republic, The Cacaoian king notices this and is a bit unnerved. He tells some of the Elders this, but they say its normal for Sable. Wondering that she was up to, he decided to look over her shoulder while she was sketching. He checks, and finds a very detailed drawing of him, dressed in his armor and everything. Sable soon notices and is embarrassed,offering to get rid but he reassures her that its fine, and he likes her work.

just tossing some ideas, what do you think?

I...Love both of these ideas! Because it just makes sense!

Dark Cacao is very observant (most of the time) and he would pick up little details like Sablé shaking or staring. And Sablé would see a coat given or a drawing as a grand gesture, no matter how big and small, and would repay it.

The first post I talked about this was about how Sablé went to the Dark Cacao Kingdom to bring more arts to it. And I did write how Dark Cacao would compliment her by saying that she was like a dragon which is the highest compliment in the kingdom. And I can see her trying to do the same but can't figure out what to say.

Sorry, got lost in my idea box. But needless to say, I love both ideas! If I had the time, I would love to write one shots of this couple! It's just the whole scary warrior king x dainty arts queen.

Licorice and Parfait live together with Poison Mushroom (Licorice's little sibling), Black Garlic (Parfait's little short sister), and Prune Juice (their adopted kid). He's getting use to having a family and doesn't understand how it works.

Golden Cheese and her three (crumbled) kids, Mozzarella, Smoked Cheese, and Burnt Cheese. (Cookie Comic maker now has a transparent slide, so time to make some ghosts in the future!) Fettuccine is Golden Cheese's adopted child.

This is so dumb. This started out as a small scene in another post. Now...it's almost living rent-free in my head. I just need to get this crack ship out there. No one has to agree on this and that's fine.

Sablé x Dark Cacao

Listen...it all starts with Sablé visiting the Dark Cacao Kingdom to see the arts there. Shocked that there's almost none, she decides to stay a bit to convince Dark Cacao to bring in the arts to liven up the kingdom. She's stuck in the kingdom for a while and as she spends more time with Dark Cacao, she's started to see the soft side of him and realizes that he's not as scary. Dark Cacao does see her determination and is surprised at how patient this Republic Cookie actually is. He compares her to a warrior or dragon, which is the best compliment in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. If they do date or not, I'm not sure yet.

This might not make it to the main headcanon AU but I might make some hints about it.

Again, no one has to like this pairing. It's just a crack ship that's been almost living in my head for a week.
