~NATURE OF THE TOUR AND REQUIREMENT~ On average you'll spend about 5 to 7 hour daily during the ascent.You don't need mountaineering skills but you need to be physically fit.On the day of summit ascend;you will spend more than twelve hours on your feet.The unusual altitude causes additional strain on the body,which shouldn't be underestimated. Your health need be in a state fit for mountain climbing.If your uncertain,please consult with a doctor before departue.Slow and steady steps during the ascent are important,especially at beginning. The final and steep ascent to the Kibo crater is exhausting and requires a lot of perseverance.When hiking through rocky terrain especially on summit ascent,you may experience sore feet.
