PEDRO PASCAL and members of SAG-AFTRA continue to picket in support of the SAG-AFTRA strike at Warner Bros. Studios on September 26, 2023 in Burbank, California
look folks, saying that actors are being greedy and don't need to strike because A-list names get paid buckets of money is like saying that food service workers are paid enough and treated perfectly well and don't deserve more compensation because Gordon Ramsay is millionaire
FYI fans aren't being called upon by SAG-AFTRA to stop producing/posting fan art and fan fiction. The strike is about the work the AMPTP studios/networks are doing, not the fans' engagement. The statement about not promoting struck work "organically or as a fan" is for people who are paid influencers/promoters on social media!
I adored watching this show when I was a child, even argued with my sister 1 Halloween who was going to dress up as the yellow ranger and who was going to dress up as the pink ranger (I by the way ended up being yellow this year). The more I hear about what happened to David and other actors that were on this show, the more dismayed I get. Very eye-opening post as to how technology is used to straight up exploit people not simply "make jobs becomes more efficient".
