After the paint I added shading and also sorta dry brushed it to make it look more warn out and used if that makes since 😅 I used soft pastels the shading boy was it hard tho for it to stick! How am I still finding Sal pictures from December I never remembered to upload? . It was raining this day and I got burrs in this wig because I looked at the ground for one whole minute but I loved all the photos I got. And my makeup looked half way decent 💖 Speaking of makeup; anyone else have the consistency of Dalmatian spots when it comes to doing makeup? Sal Fisher Mask

People been ask me how I do my Sal’s mask so I decide to make a pass to show you guys.

1. I buyed a simple mask with colors and the surface was very smooth, so i decide to take off the colors and make the surface look appropriate by sanding it.

2. It’s the result of sanding, and then I put a ribbon in the back of the mouth because the mask had an aperture that I want to hide. 

3. Then I put toilet paper with white glue to make texture on mask cause I wanted a realistic prostetic mask.

4. I passed two layers of white paint after the third step and waited to dry until step four.  

5. I took the tape behind the mask and the paper stay on front. Now I made the purple side and put the black lines like the Sal’s Mask with eyeliner.

So that it is! The six picture it’s the result!

I finished up Gizmo and he’s a really fun prop to have, I’m glad I went ahead and finished him up even though he wasn’t ready for Katsucon. I’m a little sad I didn’t manage to make it to the Friday shoot, we were just getting out of line after getting our tickets at that point so there was no way I could make it. . There’s a couple Sally Face meetups at Katsucon and I kinda low key want to go to one but I’d have to bring whoever as a side cosplay and just change for the photo shoot and then back. And that’s a lot of work for one shoot but argh I do want to do it. I’m just so indecisive lol. Sal definitely seems like someone who reads a bunch in his spare time, especially when he was younger and bullied more. .
