Hi, this is Brandon and Nicole from Siftey.com. We partnered with five of the best chefs to host the 1st ever Siftey Feast last night, an appreciation dinner for Utah's top 30 food influencers (check out the link in our bio for the list). Thank you, everyone, for so warmly welcoming us into the community and for sharing a fun evening with us! . I also want to give a special thanks to Chef Paul from @slceatery and Chef Matthew from @whitehorseslc. These chefs worked tirelessly to put on the event and the feast wouldn't have been possible without them. It was so exciting to see five talented chefs from 6 different restaurants coming together. We were able to go to @shakeshack in Sandy, UT for a soft-opening last night and the review is here! At around four months old, Oquirrh is one of Utah’s newest attempts at fine dining. It’s located in Vertical Diner’s former location. The restaurant is run by Chef Andrew Fuller and his wife Angelena, formally at Copper Onion, HSL, and Pago. He brings his experience to put a new twist on traditional dishes, like the chicken pot pie.
