mewunderthetruck’s ninten gives me severe psychological damage you must understand. the idea of ninten inheriting the trait that is magicant (this is to say, ninten having immense emotional denial, creating a whole world in the depths of his mind to escape the troubles and tribulations of his existence as an individual on earth,) has ruined me. i can’t stop thinking about it. i’m also just really weak for parallels between maria and ninten as i think he’d be alot more like her than he’d like to admit; and that’s all but cemented when he finds himself in the exact same place she once created from the very same grief and emotional denial that he ends up feeling. the brainrot is never ending and i NEED to die

and ninten’s companions being all but little penguins says to me that magicant is made from his memories. (having some parallels to ness’s magicant which otherwise differs greatly from Maria and Ninten’s, from intention, appearance etc) It’s like a mental playhouse where he can reflect on his memories and the people he loves without all the heavy stuff present in the “real world” as it were. My friends are here and everything is safe and nothing is bad and just look away from all of that bad stuff, if you don’t look at it it’s not there, I have everything I need here, nothing is bad, nothing is bad—
