I've been tossing around this idea for a new Anpanman OC for a while, so glad to finally have a good idea for him! X3 Sampuru-san loves two things: food and art! He loves good food, and he loves good art. Sadly, he knows that no matter how amazing a dish can look, it's fleeting, and can never look as good as it once did. That's where he comes in! Using his amazing wax and paint skills, he can copy any food with a lifelike sculpture! Perfect in a land of food, he's made good business advertising for others, but an enemy out of Baikinman: that food should be edible, dangit!
