Although I feel like you've seen every Phantom, Christine, and Raoul, can I just ask if there are actors and actresses you haven't seen a bootleg of but want to?
Oh, so many, there are lots of cast members who weren't recorded, or fully recorded, and who I would love to see or hear. A short list (and I do mean this is short, because I basically eliminated anybody who had a full bootleg of them, whether audio or video, solely for the sake of my sanity):

When the production returns in Spring 2021, there will be a new actor in the title role, as Joel Zerpe has a scheduling conflict. According to the producer, the new Phantom will be announced tomorrow (i.e. August 19th, 2020).
Here it is, the most secretive and stubborn Phantom production I know of: That of Kristianstad, Sweden.
It premiered in early 2020, was closed down, set its repremiere for 2021, was closed down, set its repremiere in 2022, was closed down, and finally got its full run in 2023. Produced by Emil Sigfridsson, and directed by David Rix, it had scenography by the producer and director as well as Filip Hällefors, and costumes by Fia Persson. Conductor was veteran Julian Biggs, and Nils-Petter Ankarblom. Revamped deformity and mask was by Thomas Foldberg.
The original cast featured Joel Zerpe as the Phantom and Sara Ollinen (redhead) as Christine. The final run had John Martin Bengtsson as the Phantom, and Hanna Ulvan (blonde) as Christine. Jonathan Böiers was principal Raoul for all cast combos.
Due to the topsy-turvy run I don't think a full photoset was ever shared anywhere. Bits and bobs was used in promo work, some was shared by cast members, some by newspapers, some in the souvenir brochures, but finding good photos of all scenes has been near impossible. Here's a best of, with the majority taken by Amanda Sigfridsson (first auction set one is mine).
Bit of an odd question I know, but have there ever been any redhead Christines? I've seen blondes and brunettes, so I thought I'd ask if you knew :0
A fair amount, depending on your definition of red-haired! In London and a couple other productions, there have been several Christines who have sported an auburn to reddish to strawberry blonde wig. @operafantomet has a nice photoset of just some candidates here.
Otherwise, it’s mainly non-replica productions that have red-haired Christines. Frida Engstrom and Sofie Asplund both had a very lovely shade of red hair when in the Gothenburg production (interestingly a minor deviation from the Finland production, which it was otherwise identical to - in there, the Christine wigs were more blonde):
The other candidate might be Sara Ollinen, who played Christine in the very recent, now closed Kristianstad production; here’s a photo of her.
Some hithero unseen photos from Phantom of the Opera in Kristianstad, Sweden. Featuring Joel Zerpe (?) as the Phantom, Sara Ollinen as Christine and Anna Hammarqvist as Carlotta ( from here )
Wig change for Christine in the non-replica production in Kristianstad, Sweden: Original Christine Sara Ollinen (left) donned a red curly wig with a poof over the forehead. New Christine Hanna Ulvan (right) dons a more traditional blonde wig, semi-curled and with the hair draped up over the temples.
On one hand maybe more flattering and more Christine-looking. On the other hand, not super original? This feels like any blonde Christine wig. That said, a good shade for Hanna Ulvan, very natural looking. Not the YELLOW shade bleached down hair tend to have.
It appears they either do a new Christine wig styling for Sara Ollinen in Kristianstad - possibly adding a look to the two other wigs she sported last time, possibly the new overall look - or the wig might just be a rehearsal look. It has a middle-parted hair, with longer locks, and looks a tad blonder.
Either how, the photo to the left is from her previous 2020 run (from her IG), and the one to the right is from rehearsals for the Feb. 2022 re-premiere (from her IG stories).
