Inktober - Day 20 – 80´s Movies (by @fercasaus )– Labyrinth, by the always great Jim Henson and his factory. This film marked my childhood and youth, making Jennifer Connelly my Muse, the kind of woman I am irresistibly drawn to. Today, it is still, for me, a great movie, just as valid and fun. Enjoying the music and performance of one of my favorite musicians, David Bowie, is a bonus.   Inked with Fineliner Staedler (numbers 1.2, 0.8,0.6, 0.4, 0.2 and 0.05) and Jinhao SB56 (for Sarah's hair). Chinese Windsor & Newton ink in Jareth's hair, and for the illustration wash technique. Liquid Watercolors Vallejo, markers TouchFive and Gouche Talens for color.   On 6x 11.4 in Winsor & Newton Cotman 90 lbs paper (original sheet is 12x 10 in), I split it in half to be close to A5 size.     --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Inktober 2020 - Día 20 – 80´s Movies (por @fercasaus )– Dentro del Laberinto (Labyrinth), del siempre genial Jim Henson y su factoría. Ésta película marcó mi infancia y juventud, haciendo de Jennifer Connelly mi Musa, el tipo de mujer por el que me veo irresistiblemente atraído. Hoy día, sigue siendo, para mi, una gran película, igual de válida y divertida. Disfrutar de la música y la actuación de uno de mis músicos favoritos, David Bowie, es un bonus. Tinta china Windsor & Newton en el pelo de Jareth, y para la técnica aguada de la ilustración. Anilinas Vallejo, rotuladores TouchFive y Gouche Talens para el color.
