It's me, hi, back on my shit again.
This time I'm presenting this lovely lady. The name's Sassandra T'sarran - yes, of house T'sarran - and she's a draconic sorcerer / drow that's wildy into agressive yellow ladies with small noses and stunning eyes.
Backstory wise, I think she was born and raised in the Underdark by a very disgruntled disowned mum who rarely showed any love for their daughter because...You know, your usual shit. The shit that happens when you get disowned because some dude knocked you up and skidaddled before anyone get's his info and now you're stuck raising the kid that essentially 'ruined your life' - because it's defo the kids fault, as we all know. Her mother forced all that Kiaransalee believe onto her ever since she was a young child, even though her kid clearly never enjoyed it much.
It didn't get much better after her younger sister was born. They were heavily favourite by their mother and basically took every little ounce of affection Sassandra could have gotten away.
So, as you can imagine her life wasn't all that peachy and she was more than happy once she could up and dust; leaving behind both her hateful mother and the everlasting darkness of the Underdark in exchange for the hustle and bustle of the city.
Now, she didn't enjoy being snatched up and dragged away by some darn mindflayers while doing the weekly shop, but she can't be too mad either. How else would she have stumbled into Lae'zel? And Gale? And Astarion? She made friends on this journey, so cheers to that!
All in all, Sassandra is a warm and lovely idiot who will welcome you with open arms - arms that may look buff but do NOT have the strength to match it. Seriously, open that gherkin jar for her, she won't be able to. - and you'd do well to match her energy if you want to stay on her good side.

The staple right, also translated stacking right or storage right, both from the Dutch stapelrecht, was a medieval right accorded to certain ports, the staple ports. It required merchant barges or ships to unload their goods at the port and to display them for sale for a certain period, often three days. Only after that option had been given to local customers were traders allowed to reload their cargo and travel onwards with the remaining unsold freight.[1][2]
Gross national product accounts for its citizen’s productions both within and outside its borders. This figure then subtracts income earned by foreign residents within the country. By contrast, gross domestic product measures the production of goods and services made within a country’s borders by both citizens and foreign residents overall.

Subsistence Cashew: Subsistence agriculture occurs when farmers grow food crops to meet the needs of themselves and their families on smallholdings. Subsistence agriculturalists target farm output for survival and for mostly local requirements, with little or no surplus. The Anacardiaceae, commonly known as the cashew family[1] or sumac family, are a family of flowering plants, including about 83 genera with about 860 known species.[2] Members of the Anacardiaceae bear fruits that are drupes and in some cases produce urushiol, an irritant. The Anacardiaceae include numerous genera, several of which are economically important, notably cashew (in the type genus Anacardium), mango, Chinese lacquer tree, yellow mombin, Peruvian pepper, poison ivy, poison oak, sumac, smoke tree, marula and cuachalalate. The genus Pistacia (which includes the pistachio and mastic tree) is now included, but was previously placed in its own family, the Pistaciaceae.[3]
Pedagogy, most commonly understood as the approach to teaching, is the theory and practice of learning, and how this process influences, and is influenced by, the social, political, and psychological development of learners.
FOREIGN DIRECT INTERVENTION (GUERILLA NAVY INFRASTRUCTURE)
A navy, naval force, military maritime fleet, war navy, or maritime force is the branch of a nation's armed forces principally designated for naval and amphibious warfare; namely, lake-borne, riverine, littoral, or ocean-borne combat operations and related functions. It includes anything conducted by surface ships, amphibious ships, submarines, and seaborne aviation, as well as ancillary support, communications, training, and other fields.
The strategic offensive role of a navy is projection of force into areas beyond a country's shores (for example, to protect sea-lanes, deter or confront piracy, ferry troops, or attack other navies, ports, or shore installations). The strategic defensive purpose of a navy is to frustrate seaborne projection-of-force by enemies. The strategic task of the navy also may incorporate nuclear deterrence by use of submarine-launched ballistic missiles. Naval operations can be broadly divided between riverine and littoral applications (brown-water navy),
Naval operations can be broadly divided between riverine and littoral applications (brown-water navy), open-ocean applications (blue-water navy), and something in between (green-water navy), although these distinctions are more about strategic scope than tactical or operational division.

Cash crops are agricultural crops that are planted for the purpose of selling on the market or for export to make profit, as distinguished from subsistence crops planted for the purpose of self-supply of the farmer (like livestock feeding or food for the family).
A commodity index is an index that tracks the price and returns on a basket of commodities. These indexes are often accessible for investing through mutual funds or exchange traded funds (ETFs). Many investors who want access to the commodities market without entering the futures market decide to invest in commodity index funds.
A de facto currency is a unit of money that is not legal tender in a country but is treated as such by most of the populace. The United States dollar and the European Union euro are the most common de facto currencies.
The franc was the currency of Martinique until 2002.

Modified cash basis is an accounting method that combines elements of the two primary bookkeeping practices: cash and accrual accounting. It seeks to get the best of both worlds, recording sales and expenses for long-term assets on an accrual basis and those of short-term assets on a cash basis. The goal here is to provide a clearer financial picture without dealing with the costs of switching to full-blown accrual accounting.

Contracts and Investments
Share Appreciation Right Plans (SAR Plans)
Under SAR Plans, the corporation grants plan participants share appreciation rights. Each SAR entitles participants to receive, on vesting, the net value of the increase in the market value of the corporation’s share between the grant date and the vesting date. Share Appreciation Right Plans are similar to stock option plans in some ways, and to RSU Plans in others:
Value. Share Appreciation Rights function much like stock options in many ways – but unlike stock options, participants aren’t required to pay the exercise price when they exercise the SAR. Share Appreciation Rights start with a nil value at the time of grant, so will have no value at vesting if the market value of the shares has decreased between the dates of grant and of vesting.
Plan Terms. Share Appreciation Right Plans typically contain provisions similar to those of RSU Plans in respect to plan administration, maximum shares reserved for issuance, grant agreement, market value, employment, share capital adjustments, change of control and shareholder agreements.
Vesting. Like RSU Plans, vesting provisions in SAR Plans can also be based on time, performance or both. Performance-based SARs are sometimes called “performance appreciation rights” or “PARs”. Once vested, the plan participant can settle the SARs in cash or in an amount of shares that equals the amount payable to the participant divided by the per share market value
Deferred Compensation
Deferred compensation refers to that part of one’s contribution that is withheld and paid at a future date. Retirement plans and employee pensions are examples of deferred compensation. Employers usually withhold a fraction of employees’ compensation every month, accumulate it over time, and pay the lump sum amount on a date previously agreed upon in the employment contract.
Real Estate Joint Venture (JV)
A real estate joint venture (JV) is a deal between multiple parties to work together and combine resources to develop a real estate project. Most large projects are financed and developed as a result of real estate joint ventures. JVs allow real estate operators (individuals with extensive experience managing real estate projects) to work with real estate capital providers (entities that can supply capital for a real estate project).

Commonwealth of Dominica has initiated legislation that facilitates the creation of offshore corporations, trusts, and foundations, providing tax-friendly and privacy-protected offshore banking services.

A business cluster is a geographic concentration of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and associated institutions in a particular field. Clusters are considered to increase the productivity with which companies can compete, nationally and globally. Accounting is a part of the business cluster.[1][2] In urban studies, the term agglomeration is used.[3] Clusters are also important aspects of strategic management. Geographical cluster – as stated above e.g. the California wine cluster[12] or the flower cluster between Rotterdam and Amsterdam in the Netherlands.[13] Sectoral clusters (a cluster of businesses operating together from within the same commercial sector e.g. marine (south east England; Cowes and now Solent) and photonics (Aston Science Park, Birmingham)) Horizontal cluster (interconnections between businesses at a sharing of resources level e.g. knowledge management, machinery, lab and test tools, material supply, professional employment) Factor endowment clusters – They are created because a comparative advantage they might have linked to a geographical position. For example, wine production clusters because of sunny regions surrounded by mountains, where good grapes can grow. This is like certain areas in France such as Burgundy and Champagne, as well as Lombardy, Spain, Chile and California. Low-cost manufacturing clusters – These clusters have typically emerged in developing countries within particular industries, such as automotive production, electronics, or textiles. Examples include electronics clusters in Mexico (e.g. Guadalajara) and Argentina (e.g. Córdoba). Cluster firms typically serve clients in developed countries. Drivers of cluster emergence include availability of low-cost labor, geographical proximity to clients (e.g. in the case of Mexico for U.S. clients; Eastern Europe for Western European clients).[17] Hubs and nodes is a geographic model explaining how linked regions can cooperate to fulfill elements of an industry's value chain and collectively gain sufficient mass to drive innovation growth. In economics, a network effect (also called network externality or demand-side economies of scale) is the phenomenon by which the value or utility a user derives from a good or service depends on the number of users of compatible products. The model of hubs and nodes builds on Porter's cluster model which served well in the past, but as businesses and regions around the world have adjusted to the realities of globalization, the concept of clusters is becoming outdated. In the late 1990s, the Seoul Metropolitan Government in South Korea developed the Digital Media City (DMC), a 135-acre complex, four miles outside of the city's central business district in the Sangam-dong district. With Seoul's rapidly growing cluster of multi-media, IT, and entertainment industries, the Digital Media City, through its vibrant agglomeration, helped to promote these industries and companies whose core business required use of information, communication, and media technologies. DMC grew and prospered as a global business environment, raising Seoul as an east-Asian hub of commerce. The cluster of its digital media-related, high-tech firms spawned partnerships which in turn leveraged both human and social capital in the area. Eventually, DMC fed the innovation of more than 10,000 small-scale Internet, game, and telecommunication firms located in Seoul.[20]

GOD LORE
Under the cut 'cause it's long
Evianne is the goddess of passion, independence, and consent. She wants you to love, to care, to care for. Her Temples are places of acceptance. Some people judge her because you can imagine what "passion" and "consent" imply. But all are welcome if they abide by the rules.
Seamus Finn is the god of the Feast, a god of camaraderie and celebrating. It is easy to worship him. A shot of booze in his name is enough. He takes the Laws of Hospitality very seriously. His abbots work in places like bars and restaurants, which are also his Temples.
Aenera is the goddess of the sea. She is about persistence and change. She is the patron goddess of many navies around the world. Her Temples are open squares where people can come, go, and worship as they please. Those who spurn her however, may find rotten luck in water.
Shierdi is a goddess of scholarship, of self-improvement. She is the patron goddess of many libraries and research facilities. Worshipping her is more private. Any improvement is considered worship.
Nelamera is the goddess of death and harvest. She is the patron goddess of farming. She is there for the cycles. The earth. The hearth. She is a goddess for families. A wholesome goddess for the entire life cycle. Worshipping her can be as simple as caring for houseplants.
Ciaman is the god(dess) of imagination and creativity. They are a deity for creatives. Worshipping is everything from dreaming of goals to creating the magnum opus.
Telsan is the god of battles, weaponry, and strength. He is technically a god of war, but he is about honor and about recuperation in the aftermath.
Rial is the god of justice, truth, and commerce. A god of layers and international relations. His followers are upstanding and seek to right wrongs.
Bellarah is a goddess of valor, honor, and glory. She seeks to protect the weak. Her followers are upheld to high moral standards. Many go into law enforcement or the military. Those who do not maintain honorable actions are shunned and cast out.
Tobalth is the god of the sky. A patron god of pilots, he encourages his followers to be strong and find freedom. Unbeknownst to anyone outside the deific circles, he and Aenehra, the goddess of the sea, are in a relationship. The sky and the sea do work well together after all.
Ramsus is the god of industry and technology. A god of advancements. Since he has such wide pillars, it is easy for him to be worshipped. Future-thinking technology and architecture are ways to pay his dues.
Mikita is a goddess of traditions and honestly. A goddess for families. Her tenants are good to uphold. Children can worship her while learning to be good and kind people at the same time.
Sassandra is the goddess of motherhood and protection. All mothers are welcome in her temple, regardless of how they became a mother. Her Temples are communities to build others up and not leave anyone without the help they need
Kietene is a goddess of deep love. Familial love. Of passing down traditions and wisdom. Also a goddess of finding love and companionship later in life.
Kiarn is the god of hunting, forestry, and trade. A god of animal husbandry, of nature, and living with the land. Worshipping him is as simple as being respectful to the land. Take what you need and use it wisely.
Eranos is a god of nature and patience. Of planting things and watching them grow. Of keeping pets of all types. Of being kind to the people and the world around you. Another god for families and to give kids something to aspire towards.
Mikita is a goddess of honesty and tradition. A goddess of celebrating communities, families, children, life, and love. She is a springtime goddess and most of her annual celebrations are then.
Kation is the god of friendship and loyalty. He champions health and passions. Of bringing people up and spreading positivity.
Nidtrix labels herself as the Goddess of New Beginnings. But to find out what she's about has a price. She is not at all what she seems.

some more thoughts bc im on my lunchbreak and im bored
- im using sassandra as a very tentative name for him...not sure it'll stick but we shall see
- hes in his early 20s here. young for an elf and even younger for a (potentially) immortal half vampire elf
- any prns are fine but he/him is the default
- he can eat food but has a lot of dietary restrictions. he finds blood disgusting so he usually mixes it with anything he can stomach to hide the flavor
shrikestarion kid wip......all you gotta know abt him is shes a bard/rogue and also very in love with wylls kid in my fic that will never see the light of day
#just a little guy.#me looking at shrikestarion: you know what these two horrible people and even worse role model need? an impressionable child

Pssst - the thingabobsies are by @arcandoria . Be nice and check 'em out!
Szarendra is the younger sister of my durge Sassandra and thus grew up in a similar environment - a loveless mother who got knocked up by some stranger and was kicked out by her own mother as a result - with...minor differences.
Where Sassandra was mostly cast aside and ignored - being 'the reason why her mother's life had gone to shit' - Szarendra could almost be considered the...golden child. She was very clearly favoured by her mother, which mostly meant that she was scrutinised day and night.
High expectations didn't meet themselves! Szarendra was forced to work and study hard to get where she is today and her mother never accepted anything less than perfection from her favourite offspring. A suffocating existance, to say the least.
They legged it away at the first possible moment. That moment was presented in form of a - very handsome - lycan bloodhunter. She met him while he was trampling through the underdark and the two formed a quick bond, so of course she didn't hesitate to follow him as soon as he offered to take her away.
In time, she became a bloodhunter herself and, not much after that, her companion turned lover passed. It was all tragic, I'm sure, but she's mostly over it. It's been a long time.
As of right now, Szarendra is the only companion I've not linked to any of our companions! She's sort of hitting it off with multiple people and I guess we'll see where this entire business takes us? (I'm sort of considering Lae'zel or Shadowheart, but I'm really not sure. It's a travesty, I'm telling you!)

Judge: How do you plead?
Rictus: *looks at Sassandra*
Sassandra: *mouths "not guilty"*
Rictus: Hot milky.
Sassandra: *bangs head on desk* For the Prince's sake, just lock him up.

'Mmm, watermelon', words reverated in his mind as he was brought back to the first time he had kissed her out of pure frustration only to end up pretty damn unfrustrated later that evening, mmm- thank you very much- had Braxton grinning against Kassandra's mouth, his tongue lightly tracing the smooth, plush lower lip he had caught between his own, teasingly nipping her back.
"Easy?" He scoffed, eyebrow raised suggestively as he fought her grasp, fully intending on pulling her to her kitchen, one which they both gravitated to well, actually... he just gravitated towards wherever Kass would be and fuck knows that he didn't exactly have a permanent address.
Sue the man for accepting an invitation for dinner and still being there six months later, alright?
"When have we ever taken things eaasyy-" His lips brushed the tip of Kassandra's ear, his eyes half lidded as he tried to figure out just how fast he would take to tear the jeans and his shirt off of the mercenary in front of him as his sentence abruptly ended, his eyes trained towards the couch.
At least until he spotted the little, WAY TOO LITTLE, black bundle of... there's no wa- "There's not'a chance in hell, that's a kitten, Sassandra. That's a fuckin' infant! I- you-" He sputtered even as the yellow tabby he had named Sunshine something he very happily threw in Christian's face when the vet declared that the 'male' that his brother was so determined to make him accept was, in fact, female meowed in greeting only to saunter to the sleeping newborn., happily purring away.
"It- he? She? It's what? For me? Baby, baby, baby... You shouldn't have." Absolute glee lit his gaze as he slowly approached the black spot. "What'n the hell gave you this idea?" Braxton asked curiously, still sucking on that damned lolipop. "Definitely going to have to bottle feed the little one, way too small. What happened? Wait, you- you just got home from a contract last night, when did you have the time to- oh. You found it at the target's place. And kidnapped it? I assume?"
@etherealxmuses asked:
"That's mine." Kassandra snatches the combat knife from Braxton's hand, then leans in for a deep kiss, just enough to swipe the lollipop from his lips.
Shocked was putting it lightly because, damn it, Kassandra always did this. Pushed his buttons. God damn, he couldn't help but thank the lord almighty that she joined his line of work 'cuz she was exactly his type.
Bold. Beautiful. Cocky. A pain in the ass to boot but how could he complain when she met him word for word, snark surrounding them like it was their own secret language.
"Uh, s'cuse me," Brax drawled out, the grin on his lips revealing his true feelings. "I think someone needs to learn how to share, huh?" Reaching out to grip the mercenary's hip to keep her in place, Braxton leaned forward and, after a sharp nip to her full lower lip, he kissed her.
The candy only made it that much sweeter. But the moment he managed to get the sweet sugary candy into his mouth, he pulled away,
She shouldn't have been surprised when his tongue met hers, but the moment he managed to get the sweet sugary candy into his mouth, he pulled away, all while making a show of licking his lips, smirking at her.
#Knock knock? Who's there? A Reply! A Reply Who? A Reply For You; Replies#Yeah. That makes two of us. Trying to have a conversation. You kind'a suck as a conversationalist; Braxton Wolff#I'll take you to the candy shop I'll let you lick the lollipop; Braxton & Kassandra
