My bf is Mexican and he projects heavily on to Murdoc so there's never really been a debate about it at my house. I'm sorry you got shit for drawing it before though, that's fucked up.

while i myself am not mexican, i also love latine murdoc so much bc it just seems to fit imo??? and i think of murdoc as something of a father figure to myself (lol) so it’s just nice to think about. i’m glad other ppl, like you and your bf, find it comforting too :’)

as for the ppl before, it’s okay, i know not everyone is into it, but i also don’t really appreciate being told they’re not into it, or rather being questioned about why i would hc murdoc as latine??? like. the answer is simple... bc i can and bc i want to lol
