Please explain Saveene Evergreen Option? I see the contract is for 5 years. In other words, if 5 years ago a Fractional owner paid $100,000 for their 10% yacht one fraction ownership..on evergreen renewal they will need to pay only 27% to 35% for an additional 5-year term.
