Testing a new recipe for a savoury sourdough olive oil brioche-ish bake matching bbq or similar strong flavour full dishes. That’s why I decided to infuse olive with with rosemary. My plant is big enough now so I gave it a go. Result is very lovely. Soft texture with a fragrance and taste of rosemary but not overpowering. Here I ate it with smoked lamb from @gpasmokebbq .
