Has anyone thought what will happen when it is revealed that Ren is the Tragic Marker x actor? I mean, his relationship with Kyouko was so suspicious (adding the issue of the [hickie] on his neck) there is no way there are no rumors. Especially by the cast of the movie.

I actually think the end of Skip Beat will necessarily take the characters to America: I believe the resolution of Ren's arc will involve a confrontation with his dead friend's fiancée, and that needs to happen in America, with Kyoko at his side. To me, Kanae moving to America now, when she didn't strictly need to, is an indication of the story further moving in that direction.

When I get frustrated with the current pace, I reread SB from the start. It reminds me of why I love the series and that it will move on when it needs to. Nakamura sensei does everything for a purpose.

What I find amazing while listening to Skip Beat's drama CDs is that in every "free talk" Ren's voice actor, Konishi Katsuyuki, always talks about how he wants a continuation of the series. Not a remake but a continuation from the dark moon arc, just because he loves this series sooo much and wants to voice Ren. I'm with you Konishi-san, I want a continuation as well!

I took a break from Skip Beat, and I’ve read over a years worth, starting from where I left off. And I feel like taking another break??? I thought there would be some progress and there hasn’t been, it’s just another misunderstanding between Kyoko and Ren. I hope Ren does something super special for Kyoko and they could have an actual conversation.
