I was out of the office but the work had to get done. SFA gave me the direction and I took off with the drawings. After approvals I put the line work in. Colors are discussed then I proceed to finalizing the visuals. SFA then have their modeler go to work. As these became toys certain details are modified but pretty much as drawn. He helped create Strike force and sculpted and painted 90% of the line. He is also the owner of Lecroystoys. The character Nomad was based off of Matt. Matt is a real wizard with a paint brush and sculpting tools. It was nice to sculpt these figures the old school way instead of doing everything digital. you can see the resin printed buck we created that Matt sculpts on. We didn't use anything from the original Gi joe line to create our figures.
