the order i beat violet's gyms and bases was so dumb. i beat Katy and then didn't realise you were supposed to go the other way and fight brassius, so i threw myself at Giacomo, dragged myself through the desert for koufu, struggled against him and Larry like a dumbass before remembering you can exit mesagoza from the east gate too. and then squished klawf and brassius and mela before finally sort of catching up around iono. then i thought after ryme i was supposed to stay on the mountain and beat grusha, but he was way too strong. so i beat the last two star bases and then crusha'ed grusha. now i beat all the titans and the only thing i have left to do before the elite four/unlocking area zero (i assume) is fight tulip. but am i just gonna stomp her with my naughty mahou catgirl...?

I'm glad that the character models in pkmn scvi look better moving in-game than they did in a lot of the promo stills but. Well Jacq does NOT look any better in the game his model is still terrible and as a Jaqc liker this is devastating for me. He hurts to look at

On its screen was a to do list on some sort of customizable daily planner app that had let Iono go far too overboard with stickers, gifs, and fonts. The background was an eye-blinding neon blue, text in an overly stylized pink font that was impossible to read at its chosen size, and kawaiicore stickers with animated glitter littered every empty space available to her- some of it even obscured some of the text she was so proudly attempting to show off. It hardly mattered in the grander scheme of things, though. She didn't even hold the phone up to the teacher for long enough for his eyes to adjust to the screen's maximum brightness.

"But we can skip to step two cuz you already got the nerd look down like, PERF. Total chef kiss, you look like an absolute dweeb." Which was a compliment in this context, though she didn't specify that- she just assumed he would know. The nerd look was essential if he was going to become an actual Pokemon Professor and he was nailing it.

"So, STEP TWO! REPUTATION! People only know ya as a teacher for that lame ass school, so we gotta change that! I'm thinkin' we can film a promo vid and take it from there. I'll play it during my next stream and it'll get HELLA views, I prommy."
