ive been an akira truther since day one and normally im fine with reading fics that use different names (very skilled at automatically autocorrecting names in my head while i read) but whenwver i try to read a fic tht uses ren i get thrown tf off bc thats my irl partners name LMAO

flkjsdflsjflskdfj dude that is soooo fair. i can relate for some names, tho thankfully not in persona lskjfsldf. idk im just a manga reader more than an anime watcher in general so i naturally gravitated towards the manga names. & back in the day (like early 2010s) for p4 souji was pretty commonly used (aka why the default name for him n yosuke is still souyo) but somewhere along the line 'yu' became the default... & like i can read fic for it but it feels even weirder than 'ren' does for me. minato is never makoto tho like that just FUCKS with me bc of p5 makoto sdlfkjsdlfj he's minato Thank u very much
